01/11/2025: Terrible. A good start, then the abyss. Tasteless main courses, polenta "no comment," frozen gorgonzola (I had to wait to eat it because it was melting), no cutlery to eat it, one waiter taking away the bread while the other brings it back, lack of cooperation. A character wandering around the tables begging. Then the price—a charcuterie board, a risotto, a stew, a piece of gorgonzola cheese, and a bottle of prosecco—was exorbitant. If I'd known better, I'd have gone to Cannavacciolo, or McDonald's, where I'd have saved a lot. It's definitely better than yours, both in terms of quality and price.

19/04/2026: I went to this restaurant because I had an emergency (stomach ache), and I found a very kind girl who lent me the bathroom without asking too many questions and without asking for payment or purchases. When I was already in the bathroom, I heard another lady complaining that they let me borrow the bathroom since I wasn't a customer. Anyway, the girl was very kind.

22/12/2025: We came here for a Christmas dinner with friends, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us: the parking lot was completely dark, and not knowing where to enter, some of us ended up entering through the back of the building. A significant delay in the organization was immediately apparent: the tablecloths were still damp and wrinkled, the bread had just been defrosted and was freezing cold. The appetizers, while good, were extremely poor: the portions weren't enough for everyone. The vegetarian options were particularly disappointing, with truly meager portions. The most negative aspect, however, was the staff: no smiles, no attention to the customer, and annoyed and often rude responses to any questions. There was also a lack of clarity regarding the menu structure (€53 per person), which in itself wouldn't have been a problem if it had been accompanied by helpfulness and courtesy in explaining. The bill was the worst: requesting it was incredibly complicated, we were told they couldn't calculate it, the receipt never arrived, and the total was higher. We only asked for clarification by going directly to the cashier, but the waitress—already rude throughout the evening—proved even more unhelpful and impolite in providing explanations. The final bill was €62 per person, which, given the lack of courtesy we received, wasn't the best. Even the children's menu, initially listed at €18, went up to €20 at checkout with the explanation: "the children had been drinking." It's truly a shame, because it would have taken very little: greater organization, clarity, and above all, courtesy. An experience not to be repeated.

06/04/2026: I got 3 flavors for a total of 500g, a rather high price, especially because the 3 flavors tasted like frozen water, the coffee one tasted like leftover coffee from the moka pot, the fior di latte was completely flavorless so I couldn't evaluate it, and the coconut one was the only one I could recognize, but it was still on a tasteless base. I hope it was a coincidence. We all deserve a second chance... but paradoxically, even the pods were completely flavorless. 😫
