22/07/2026: We ordered the truffle pasta and dry aged steak, food was acceptable despite the pasta being a bit salty. However, I have to criticise their service. We got seated in an area with no aircon and one of the waiters who served us last night ignored our request of turning the fan in our direction despite us voicing out for 3 times. We ended up finishing our meal drenched in sweat. Another guy who I assumed to be the manager promised to treat us to limoncello to make up for it but it didn’t show up. Very poor service and food was just mid. Haven’t been to a restaurant which ignores customers’ requests before. Definitely do not recommend coming, especially if it’s hot during the summer.

03/05/2026: A wonderful find for lunch in the heart of Viterbo. The location inside the cloister is enchanting and creates a unique atmosphere even during the day. The staff is extremely qualified and professional, adding a touch of warmth that makes the welcome very pleasant. The dishes are truly tasty and beautifully presented. The only downside is the table layout: they are very close together, sacrificing privacy and forcing you to share, whether you like it or not, your neighbors' conversations. Overall, however, an excellent dining experience.

29/06/2026: The food was truly poor. Perhaps the only thing that stood out was the pici, but they were too hard and not al dente... The price was too high for the quality.

23/06/2026: The food is undoubtedly good, but it's undoubtedly expensive... To name just one: a side of tomatoes that consisted of one and a half tomatoes...€6! That is, for €6 I get a kilo and a half of tomatoes, not one and a half tomatoes!! Anyway, I repeat, the quality is good... and we'll probably be back, not to mention the location... with that spectacular view of the valley!

31/05/2026: So much beauty and so much life in one place! Fabione and Daniela welcomed me with a wide smile, ready to create a sandwich for me! Now on the menu there's a sandwich called Antonella! We got to talking, and they made me feel at home! A positive turning point in my day! Sometimes all it takes is a small act of kindness, warmth, and hospitality, and if it's accompanied by an amazing sandwich, you've truly made a difference! Go there and be amazed!!!

We still retain the flavor and aromas of the food and wine... which almost overshadow the kindness and familiarity of the manager, who almost wants to hide the great professionalism that leads them to certain results. Absolutely convenient quality/price ratio. It cannot be described, it is recommended to anyone who wants to take home an experience.

15/06/2026: Breathtaking location, overlooking the sea from the walls of Tarquinia. Outdoor dining is also available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are varied and well-presented. Service is fast. We chose several dishes, and they were all worth it. Reasonable value for money. Recommended.

07/06/2026: The food is exceptionally flavorful and made with top-quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and a very intimate outdoor setting overlooking the Tarquinia valley and the sea. I'd like to point out that this restaurant is listed as a Slow Food Presidium in the 2026 Michelin guide, so the prices are above average and the dishes are meticulously crafted.

18/04/2026: The food is fantastic. The dishes are very refined and beautifully presented. That's why we're giving it 5 stars. We were two couples. The only thing that caught our attention was the very serious waitstaff. Maybe it was because we don't speak Italian and spoke English. We prefer cheerful waiters. But that's just our preference, and everything was perfect, hence the rating. And the view is breathtaking!

The first courses feature mostly homemade pasta, and the roasts are top-quality. The wine cellar is extensive and well-stocked, and the service is impeccable. Excellent experience, and above all, congratulations for the outstanding professionalism.

The food was exquisite, the atmosphere magical, the patio setting in the evening, the service impeccable. We left feeling full and happy. I recommend eating slowly and savoring every moment. We thought we'd never be able to finish everything and would leave feeling heavy, given the multiple courses. But in the end, with a glass of amaro and a friendly chat with the hosts, we returned home feeling happy and lighthearted.

The restaurant is charming, with a refined, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing break after a day exploring the area's beauty. The real highlight of the evening was the pizza: thin, light, and expertly prepared. It's rare to find such a digestible and tasty pizza, with ingredients that taste top-quality from the first bite. But they don't stop at pizza: we enjoyed several courses, and everything was excellent, a sign of a kitchen that works with care and passion. The service was friendly and attentive, making guests feel at ease from the moment they entered. It's the perfect place for both a casual dinner and a moment of indulgence in a charming setting. Bomarzo offers so many wonders, but ending the day in a place where you can eat so well and relax is an added bonus that I recommend to anyone passing through. I'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

13/07/2026: A truly lovely and quiet place, with a beautiful corridor under the vines to eat in. We had a wonderful meal, and it was a great price. The staff were lovely, super friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended! If we return to the area, it will definitely be a stop!

11/07/2026: Maybe the pizza was good, I don't know, since my toddler and I were inhaling cigarettes from the uncivilized people at the next table all evening (even with a small child who was also inhaling secondhand smoke, SIGH!) I firmly believe that it's the restaurant owner's duty to protect the health of their customers, and having a table full of uncivilized people smoking all over you all evening isn't an invitation to return. Sorry, failed.
