08/07/2026: I found this restaurant by chance via Google and it was a truly excellent discovery. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The quality and price ratio were excellent. Highly recommended.

05/07/2026: We ate there as a group of three, and not everyone was satisfied. Two dishes were very good and highly recommended, but unfortunately, my veal fillet was terrible. It was almost raw and riddled with sinew.

We chose them because, with their professionalism, kindness, and exquisite food, they made our day wonderful. Daniela immediately made me feel at ease, helped me with the organization, and took care of everything from the civil ceremony to the lunch, all the way to the cake. She and her staff were incredibly attentive to the smallest details, taking care of every little request. Thank you, thank you so much for the wonderful day you gave us!

22/05/2026: Poggio della Guardia isn't just a restaurant, it's a place where you truly feel at home. And this is thanks above all to Daniela, the owner. From the first day my husband and I met her, she conveyed the simplicity, familiarity, and authenticity we were looking for and that perfectly embodied us. So much so that, as soon as we left, despite it being the first place we'd visited, we had already chosen our wedding venue. And today we can confidently say we couldn't have made a better choice. Daniela made our wedding magical, taking care of every detail with love, passion, and extraordinary kindness. Her staff was also exceptional: they made us feel like kings and queens, and the same special treatment was reserved for all our guests. There's really nothing to say about the food other than that it was all extraordinary: generous appetizers, packed with delicious treats that left everyone speechless, delicious first courses, all homemade... but the real star was the pork cheek with porcini mushrooms: something indescribable, a dish everyone should try at least once in their life! We would choose Poggio della Guardia a thousand times over and are certain we'll return, both for future events and simply for pizza with friends. Thanks again to Daniela, who has become a true go-to for us. ❤️

30/11/2025: I had dinner with my boyfriend at this pinseria and was really satisfied! I had high expectations based on the many positive reviews I'd already read... Well, I have to say it's all absolutely true! Lovely place, fast and attentive service, top-quality products! I loved the pinsa... also the pinsarelli and supplì, delicious! The pinsa was so light, soft on the inside and crispy on the edges... The sauce was delicious! I absolutely recommend it, you won't regret it :)

Try this pizza! You enter, browse the enormous counter, and choose. If you want something you don't see, just ask for it and the kind and expert owners will prepare it fresh. I dined there for just ten euros (pilgrims' menu), a drink, and four slices of excellent pizza topped with imaginative and flavorful local ingredients. The refreshment after a long and tiring day walking in the beautiful countryside was not only physical but also spiritual. The husband and wife, skilled pizza chefs, showed me the details of the recent frescoes that decorate all the walls of the restaurant, told me anecdotes and interesting facts about Vetralla, and were keen to listen to my story and experience. Very pleasant evening, excellent pizza, I can only thank them and trust that they can still offer this wonderful service to those who pass by. 22/07/2026: Even at the new location, the pizzeria still produces pizzas for all tastes, taking into account requests: lactose-free and gluten-free pizzas. Thin pizzas, extra-large ones, and topped to the brim.

20/07/2026: After hearing so much about it, we finally managed to book a table and dine here. The atmosphere is lovely, really cute and very clean. The staff is quick and friendly, and the pizza is truly delicious, thin crust, and loaded with ingredients. Special mention for the fried foods, all fantastic, especially the supplì! Highly recommended!
