La Piramide Hostaria Pizzeria

26/06/2026: The place is well-organized and charming...especially the food is excellent. There are plenty of public parking spaces next to the restaurant. Finally, the service is impeccable and the staff are truly friendly. I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria La Piramide in Bomarzo, and I must say the experience absolutely lived up to expectations. The restaurant is charming, with a refined, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a relaxing break after a day exploring the area's beauty.
The real highlight of the evening was the pizza: thin, light, and expertly prepared. It's rare to find such a digestible and tasty pizza, with ingredients that taste top-quality from the first bite. But they don't stop at pizza: we enjoyed several courses, and everything was excellent, a sign of a kitchen that works with care and passion.
The service was friendly and attentive, making guests feel at ease from the moment they entered. It's the perfect place for both a casual dinner and a moment of indulgence in a charming setting.
Bomarzo offers so many wonders, but ending the day in a place where you can eat so well and relax is an added bonus that I recommend to anyone passing through. I'll definitely be back with great pleasure.

02/06/2026: We ate a very good pizza, the lake poke was very tasty, the service was excellent and finally the waiter offered us a digestive made by him and it was pleasant, we were very satisfied and we will be back.
02/06/2026: Right in the center of Bolsena. Quality food, for sure, but a word of advice: the pizza should be round, not rectangular, and much larger. €15 is too expensive for a pizza that looks like a small pinsa.

05/03/2025: Ambiente piccolo ma accogliente. Giovane cameriere gentilissimo e volenteroso. Vino sfuso servito in un piccolo fiaschetto molto caratteristico. Menù scritto all’ingresso su lavagnetta che non riporta né dolci né contorni e relativo prezzo. Piatti, alcuni dei quali reinventati dalla proprietaria come lei vi ha detto, davvero invitanti. Cibo di ottima qualità. Ragù di carne davvero eccellente, leggero e digeribile, sicuramente perché senza soffritto. Coperto 2 euro a persona.
Un quarto di vino, 750 ml di acqua Egeria, due primi di tagliatelle al ragù, un contorno, due dolci, due caffè 54 euro. Siamo stati davvero bene. Torneremo per provare i secondi.

27/02/2025: In una giornata con cielo grigio e pioggerellina che ti deprime,andare a pranzo da Zia Titta ti cambia l'umore.Entri in un ambiente accogliente e caldo ,curato nei minimi particolari.Le proprietarie ti invitano sorridenti ad accomodarti presentandoti un menù con prodotti del territorio e pasta fatta in casa cucinati in maniera personalizzata da una cuoca esperta.La nostra esperienza in questo posto è sempre ottima e il cibo che consumiamo lì è sempre ottimo.
