15/05/2026: A true trattoria, where you'll find friendliness and professional service, super-fresh and good local food. Dinner with my wife. I had the house appetizer with local cured meats and bruschetta, all good. My wife had gnocchi with ragù, abundant and super-good. Then I had grilled lamb, I dare say exceptional, and pan-fried peppers with pine nuts and capers. My wife had fillet with green pepper. Then she had a zuppa inglese and a crema catalana, water and a half of the house red wine, a caffè corretto (coffee with alcohol), €80 well spent, quality and quantity that justify the price. I was full and satisfied. I'll definitely be back.

04/04/2026: I've eaten lake fish in Garga, Iseo, Como, Trasimeno... I've never seen such attention to detail in any restaurant, using locally sourced ingredients: the fish is caught by the father, prepared and cooked by the mother, and served by the children. Truly excellent, with decent portions and fair prices. A truly magical place, I hope they never change their formula because this one is a winner. Thank you so much for this experience!

08/06/2026: We've celebrated here on several occasions and had no doubts about the location for our wedding. We chose them because, with their professionalism, kindness, and exquisite food, they made our day wonderful. Daniela immediately made me feel at ease, helped me with the organization, and took care of everything from the civil ceremony to the lunch, all the way to the cake. She and her staff were incredibly attentive to the smallest details, taking care of every little request. Thank you, thank you so much for the wonderful day you gave us!

22/05/2026: Poggio della Guardia isn't just a restaurant, it's a place where you truly feel at home. And this is thanks above all to Daniela, the owner. From the first day my husband and I met her, she conveyed the simplicity, familiarity, and authenticity we were looking for and that perfectly embodied us. So much so that, as soon as we left, despite it being the first place we'd visited, we had already chosen our wedding venue. And today we can confidently say we couldn't have made a better choice. Daniela made our wedding magical, taking care of every detail with love, passion, and extraordinary kindness. Her staff was also exceptional: they made us feel like kings and queens, and the same special treatment was reserved for all our guests. There's really nothing to say about the food other than that it was all extraordinary: generous appetizers, packed with delicious treats that left everyone speechless, delicious first courses, all homemade... but the real star was the pork cheek with porcini mushrooms: something indescribable, a dish everyone should try at least once in their life! We would choose Poggio della Guardia a thousand times over and are certain we'll return, both for future events and simply for pizza with friends. Thanks again to Daniela, who has become a true go-to for us. ❤️

08/03/2026: Quality, not quantity, is king here. Quality local products from Viterbo or Italian producers specializing in unique ingredients. If you're looking for a place to eat until you drop and pay little, this isn't the place. Instead, you'll find seasonal dishes that showcase local produce and craftsmanship, not to mention a vast selection of wines. Careful research and attention to detail are key. And the quality-price ratio is absolutely competitive. It deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended.

14/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance. We booked it through Booking.com. It's a restaurant/pizzeria with six rooms upstairs, mostly used by pilgrims on the Via Francigena. It was a surprise. The place is nice and well-kept. The rooms are large, comfortable, and simple, yet very cozy. The restaurant/pizzeria is excellent. The food and drink are excellent. Excellent wine list. The food and wine are especially local. The focus is on organic, local, and social aspects. A great experience.

31/05/2026: So much beauty and so much life in one place! Fabione and Daniela welcomed me with a wide smile, ready to create a sandwich for me! Now on the menu there's a sandwich called Antonella! We got to talking, and they made me feel at home! A positive turning point in my day! Sometimes all it takes is a small act of kindness, warmth, and hospitality, and if it's accompanied by an amazing sandwich, you've truly made a difference! Go there and be amazed!!!

01/06/2026: I don't know if we came on the wrong night or if they don't know how to handle large tables (we had reservations), but we didn't find any positive aspects of this restaurant. The dishes aren't worth the high price, there's no option to skip the wine list, and the service was completely disorganized. We won't be returning.

20/05/2026: We were in Montefiascone. Google said the restaurant would be open that day. I made a reservation to be sure. When we arrived, we were greeted by the restaurant's own chef. It was a fantastic experience, where we got to taste all the restaurant's best dishes. In fact, they looked like paintings, not food; it was almost a shame to touch them to eat. Chef Débora seemed like we already knew her from a long time ago. And at the end, she told us that she opened the restaurant that day just to serve us. I still can't believe it happened. Thank you so much for your kindness and for providing us with this spectacular experience.

11/04/2026: The food is very good, but you have to go on weekdays to enjoy the experience because on weekends it's incredibly crowded, and this obviously affects the service, the quality of the food, and the overall experience because it's so crowded. Still, a recommended restaurant.

20/02/2026: A small gourmet restaurant serving creative dishes that respect tradition and the finest ingredients. We enjoyed all of Chef Francesco's dishes and highly recommend his cuisine. Don't limit yourself to pizza! The prices are absolutely fair and allowed us to enjoy Michelin-starred dishes we wouldn't have been able to afford elsewhere. The presentation of dishes and ingredients is meticulous without becoming ostentatious. The service is meticulously timed between courses, allowing you to enjoy your meal with care and attention!
