14/04/2026: Excellent, refined dishes, fast, friendly service, and a great location near the castle and free parking. Highly recommended.
11/04/2026: Before we were seated, the waitress consulted with the chef and informed us that we might have to expect a slightly longer wait. In fact, our dinner stretched to three hours – but we did get four courses plus an amuse-bouche. Both the kitchen and the front of house were staffed by only one person – while this wasn't noticeable in the quality of the food, it was evident in the wait time and the waitress's apparent stress level.
Overall, however, it was one of the best culinary experiences we had during our two-week road trip.

09/04/2026: My partner and I stumbled upon this wonderful corner of the world on a low-season spring evening. We ate outside on a charming medieval alley, accompanied by the restaurant owners' beautiful cat. The service and food were excellent; we felt at home and enjoyed a magical evening in one of Italy's most beautiful villages. I highly recommend a stop here!
06/04/2026: We wanted to eat something different, we found it here, simple dishes, few but good, top-notch friendliness... what can I say, if we return to Lake Bolsena we will not miss it 😍

04/01/2026: Beautiful evening! Stunning location in the magical setting of Bolsena Castle, friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent wine and delicious food. Andrea and Sofia are wonderful, friendly and fun, very passionate about their work and make you feel right at home. A very pleasant surprise for us, we will definitely be back!!!

24/03/2026: We had some very good pizzas, huge, thin, and with a crispy crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas on the menu can be customized to your liking when ordering. The only problem is that they're so big that by the time you get to the end, they're already cold! Recommended.

05/04/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Bolsena's historic center took me back to the '90s, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff was extremely courteous, and the owner was helpful and attentive, even recommending an excellent bottle of local wine at a truly fair price.
The two of us enjoyed four portions of fried artichokes, two lake-sourced pasta dishes, and two tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes: everything was simply delicious, with meat that melted in your mouth. To round out the meal, two amaro liqueurs and a bottle of water.
The final bill? More than fair for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend this place... I'd go back a thousand times over!

The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
Try the "carbonpesce" pasta and the citrus-flavored whitefish fillet.
Right prices.

04/04/2026: The gelato is fresh and delicious. The fruit flavors are particularly appreciated because they truly taste like fruit, resulting in a natural and authentic taste. The quality-price ratio is also excellent: for €3, you can get a cone or a cup with two flavors plus cream.

The exterior should be highlighted because it's rather anonymous. I didn't visit the grill area, which looks very quaint.
Excellent cleanliness.
Excellent and well-presented food.
Tortelli with burrata cheese, pistachio sauce, and sublime shrimp.
Restaurant with lake and sea fish and excellent meat.
Service needs some work; they were too quick to clear the plates, leaving only one diner alone who was still eating.
Really good price.
03/05/2026: We had dinner with the family at the suggestion of a friend...fast service and excellent dishes...the tortelli were truly exquisite...as were the octopus and the fried fish...

11/04/2026: A great evening with friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We dined here with two other families (three families with children in total). The welcome was excellent, and the space is suitable for large groups. We focused on the pizzas and were all satisfied: well-cooked and light. We also had several beers and liqueurs. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly. We'll definitely be back!

31/03/2026: I've been there a few times in the past years, this time the food significantly improved. The antipasti was special, the pizza was among the best I've had and the desserts were great. Staff is very friendly, prices are a bit on the higher range for the region but still fine.

23/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Naiadi Park Hotel, a perfect base for visiting Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, and the beautiful Bolsena.
The hotel is surrounded by greenery, quiet, and welcoming, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
A truly positive experience: we definitely recommend it!
