01/04/2024: Spectacular company that produces incredible cheeses. Suggestive place for the natural beauty in which it is set. Having lunch there is a real pleasure among all the selections of cheeses and cold cuts of own production. All the courses are fantastic such as the pici alla Amatriciana and the ravioli made in home.Crazy wild boar stew.Excellent selection of wines with many natural producers in the area.Really very nice owner.Absolutely worth trying, super mega high rating

01/04/2024: Delicious pizzeria in the heart of Tuscia in Ischia di Castro. Clean and spacious room. Courteous staff. Wonderful pizzas, they are large in size, cooked to perfection, perfect and crunchy pastry, fresh ingredients. A great variety, you are spoiled for choice. But they don't just make pizzas. Appetizers with large platters of cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta and fried foods. First and second courses of meat and fish. Fried fish. Excellent quality/price ratio!

30/08/2023: Convinti dalle numerose recensioni abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo piccolo locale... se vi aspettate ambienti grandi e spaziosi, non è il locale giusto per voi. Cibo molto buono ma, a tavola, non ti lasciano i menù e quindi non puoi renderti conto dei costi, coperto 2 euro per un locale molto "spartano ".
26/07/2023: Nella trattoria da Salvatore abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti della cucina locale: gli antipasti di formaggi e salumi locali, le pappardelle al cinghiale e la trippa alla romana veramente eccezionali. Il tutto condito con simpatia famigliare e garbata e con la vista della bella rocca Farnese di Ischia di Castro. Esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente!
