15/06/2025: Everything is just right here. The excellent food, including pinsa for those who like it, as well as the service staff, the cook, and ultimately the absolute ambiance, especially at the small outdoor tables in the alley. It doesn't get more positive than this. Highly recommended. We've been here several times in two years. :)

12/06/2025: Excellent dishes served by a girl of Moldovan origin with an Italian that would make our compatriots envious. Impeccable service despite the simple informal environment. A nice memory of the beginning of the holiday.

26/07/2025: The best place to eat fish on Lake Bolsena. The oven-cooked food is top-notch. The appetizers and raw fish are also delicious. Just don't be in a hurry.

23/07/2025: On the shores of Lake Bolsena, a rustic restaurant serving truly delicious dishes at very reasonable prices. The pasta dish with that huge crab was for two people and cost only €22 each. It was more than generous and tasted divine. I'll definitely be back!

18/08/2025: The language barrier was significant, but they tried their best to serve us. We found a way to understand each other. The food, pizza and spaghetti carbonara, were excellent! Great value for money! Authentic and delicious! Be sure to make a reservation!

23/06/2025: A unique and exceptional place that deserves the trio of 5 stars. We arrived by chance at Mr. Carlo's restaurant, who was very kind already on the phone, he immediately reserved a table for us. But the welcome was superb. Welcomed and served as guests, not just customers. Very clean place and meticulous attention from the outside to the inside. The menu was provided to us, but Mr. Carlo recommended, with expert accuracy, his dishes, genuine and full of flavor. Very generous portions, quality of seasonal ingredients and also low price for everything that lunch left us. I highly recommend going there. For the warmth of a place that will remain in your heart.

Piatti della tradizione del territorio e classici intramontabili, materie prime di ottima qualità con una buona scelta di vini del territorio e nazionali. Servizio veloce e piacevole, proprietario molto attento ad ogni particolare. Pulizia del ristorante e dei servizi davvero impeccabile, prezzi onesti ed atmosfera rilassata ed informale che favoriscono la piacevolissima sosta. Complimenti al Caraponzolo e a tutto lo staff. 13/08/2025: Culinary experience in a beautiful country

13/08/2025: I'll start this review by saying that we went there for dinner one evening and immediately made a reservation for the following evening. We gave ample space to the meat, and it was an excellent choice because it's truly high quality. For both dinners, we ordered sliced veal, picanha, slow-cooked cinta, hand-chopped tartare, sliced veal, and sashi (about 1 kg). Not a single dish disappointed us! Everything was truly delicious! Furthermore, the service was attentive and friendly, and they gave us expert and professional advice. Every time we're in the area, it will definitely be a regular stop. I highly recommend trying it!

14/08/2025: A delightful place in the heart of Bagnoregio. We had panzanella, pici, and duck. The pici are truly hand-rolled, and the garlic sauce was phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the air-conditioned rooms were welcoming. The prices were decidedly reasonable. A hidden gem in the center of town, we highly recommend it!

06/08/2025: I stop by every Friday with my partner, and to say that everything is good is an understatement. You have to stop by to eat, you'll always be back. The price and the food are like at a local trattoria. The traditional first and second courses, with Norcia cured meats, are sublime. Go, you won't regret it. I go to many places to eat, but on Fridays, returning from the Viterbo spa, it's now a must!

13/06/2025: Evening spent with friends, excellent food especially the meat (1.6kg Florentine steak), excellent service practical, friendly and professional, intimate but informal environment, excellent bill. Absolutely to try.

06/06/2025: Delicious food: there were 4 of us and we had a tartare to share (chopped in front of us, great size), a plate of tagliolini with mushrooms and truffle and, last but not least, a 1.5 kg Florentine steak, very tender! Three desserts, three coffees, free liqueurs. For the quantity and quality, coming out with 32 euros per person was almost surprising. We decided to go back very soon!

05/08/2025: Two of us ate at this osteria a couple of days ago. The food was delicious, including the house aperitif and the spaghetti carbonara. The atmosphere is small and welcoming, the host is friendly and professional. The price is good. If you're in the area, we definitely recommend it!

15/07/2025: Typical Lazio dishes, incredibly delicious. The two of us had an appetizer of truly exquisite cured meats and beans all'uccelletto, and two first courses, both delicious and plentiful, and desserts. Very friendly staff and really good prices. We'll be back.

06/08/2025: Very nice restaurant, with the option of eating on the terrace, perfect on nice days. The food is excellent and the value is good. I noticed the owner's somewhat rigid attitude toward the waiter, which was unpleasant. But other than that, the experience was really pleasant. I would gladly return!

05/08/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a beautiful view of the Torre di Lavello and excellent food. Special mention also goes to the staff, especially the gentleman who helped us and gave us excellent advice on our choice.
