02/12/2024: Molto accogliente , 2 ragazze brave e gentili per una saletta con panorama esterno molto affascinante. Sala piccola ma carina. Vino della casa rosso in bottiglia. Antipasto misto ben equilibrato , chitarrine ai funghi porcini ( tanti ) , ottimi. C'è anche un mini tiramisu' graditissimo , pasticceria secca ben fatta , insomma si sta bene, si mangia bene , non si spende tanto , di questi tempi NON è poco. Bravi !

01/12/2024: We came here without a reservation and, luckily, we found the last two seats available. Even though the restaurant was fully booked and the staff was reduced due to illness, we were struck by the courtesy and impeccable service: it was explained to us with great honesty that the first courses could be delayed, while the grill was immediately available. We took the advice and had grilled meat and vegetables brought to us immediately, and then enjoyed some porcini ravioli as a second course. The food was plentiful and excellent, even the desserts were delicious! Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended.

02/11/2024: Fantastic place in the historic center....already at the reception you can see the kindness and concern towards customers....literally fantastic food...from the appetizer to the dessert, everything wonderfully taken care of down to the smallest detail...I recommend it to anyone passing by to try this magical experience.

17/08/2024: Casa Tuscia è sempre una conferma! Non solo ristorante ma anche un'ottima enoteca. Come antipasto abbiamo preso quello della casa (prodotti locali) e come secondo ho provato il baccalà con l'insalata di pomodoro e olive, gustoso e molto buono. Poi per concludere un rinfrescante sorbetto limone e fiori di ibisco. Emanuele è molto gentile e preparato nei vini, questo posto è sempre più che consigliato!

10/11/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo ristorante per cenare e siamo usciti cercando una pizzeria (senza trovarla, data l’ora ormai tarda). PREZZI ALTI, QUANTITÀ RIDICOLE. Ho ordinato un secondo, che avrebbe dovuto essere un gateau di patate. Mi è stato servito un tortino delle dimensioni di un prosciutto “tenerone” da supermercato. Il resto del piatto (circa 5/6) era sporcato da qualche goccia di un liquido che, con molta fantasia, si poteva ricondurre a una sorta di marmellata (aiutati dal colore: era rosso ma completamente insapore). La mia compagna ha ordinato un controfiletto. All’uscita ha dovuto rimediare con bevande calde digestive perché le si era bloccato sullo stomaco. In questo caso, però, la scarsità del cibo servito ha contribuito a non rendere particolarmente duraturo lo stato di malessere provocato dalla carne (che, da buon amante, ho assaggiato soltanto: pessimo taglio). Quando ho fatto presente la scarsa quantità del mio tortino, mi è stato detto che poteva essere considerato come un antipasto. E allora perché non si trovava fra gli antipasti? Alla cassa hanno provato a rimediare togliendolo dal conto, comunque molto alto. Mi ripeto: PREZZ ALTI, QUANTITÀ RIDICOLE. Fame all’uscita.

27/10/2024: Tricky with parking as there is no carpark. Had to leave the car like 300meters away, outside someone’s house. The actual place is really nice. Great lake view. Feels cosy and homely. The guys were super cool as tried to speak in Italian with my terribly broken Italian without switching to English and at the end without properly knowing what we ordered, he brought us some lovely food:)

10/11/2024: È stata una grande delusione. Vengo in questo ristorante da diversi anni e sono sempre rimasto molto soddisfatto, ma quest' anno la qualità si è abbassata molto, probabilmente a causa del cambio chef. Il buon nome conquistato nel tempo non dura in eterno, ma va tenuto alto.

03/11/2024: I found this restaurant 6 years ago. It is out of the way and by no means is a tourist spot. I loved it so much that I brought my sister and brother in law. Well, it did not disappoint. It was excellent. My sister is still talking about her vongole and how it was the best she's ever had. I would have to agree. Everything from the calamari to even the beans. Such an amazing food experience and then there's the view. How spectacular. Our waitress was very kind and helpful as well. I will be back for my visit next summer. I will definitely bring my appetite. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes.

22/08/2024: Trip out of town from Rome, discovering the beautiful Villa Farnese. Lunch time we find this splendid place, which at first sight is hidden, but then going down the ramp, you arrive in this immense place that was created from an ancient cellar... hence the name of the place. I took a small house starter, but the wonderful thing is the first courses. There are so many dishes that I would have liked to try them all. We took the red daisies with gorgonzola cream, speck and walnuts SPECTACULAR and ravioli filled with artichoke cream with mushrooms and truffles. But believe me, there are many other tasty and innovative first courses. For the second course I only had an entrecôte also here with gorgonzola cream. For dessert, hazelnut tiramisu, being Caprarola, a town that produces them. The wine was from neighboring Umbria. Excellent service. High cost but it's all for the quality!

16/12/2024: Site built specifically to attract people but in reality it is nothing more than a simple campaign. Simple rooms (empty) without fridge and this is a problem especially in summer, lack of services such as the basic bubble bath and company, but the worst is in the streets that lead to the rooms... dark enough to have to turn on the cell phone light and muddy views the rain, but the most disconcerting thing was the dinner with a fixed time at 8pm and not after (something not said at the time of booking) but the best part comes again, the tractor early in the morning at 8am in front of the bedroom window...lack of absolute respect for those who come with the idea of ​​relaxing. Absolutely rejected!!! Better and quieter places in the area

28/08/2024: Very friendly and professional guys, for me one of the best pizzas in Viterbo. Inside there is some seating for a quick meal but they mainly work with takeaway. Many interesting flavors for the palates that are enough for two to eat. The selection of beers is also excellent.
