02/05/2025: Exceptional experience! I highly recommend trying the chickpea and chestnut soup, as well as the stews. They also have gluten-free pasta and desserts, but not bread.

27/04/2025: Driven by the reviews we read, we booked, the place was full internally, they made us sit outside. A false and unstable structure created from wooden poles and cellophane with chipboard tops as a base for the tables, with paper tablecloths. The anonymous and tasteless soups, a mediocre pork fillet with plums and a stringy fig stew. Costs absolutely not proportionate to the poor quality of the products.

15/05/2025: Recommended by the owner of our B&B we decided to try the place. We arrived without booking, there was no free table inside. Mrs. Elisabetta offered us a table outside and we had a great time. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the dishes were really good and tasty (excellent tripe like the one grandma used to prepare, perfect lamb, good side dishes and a ricotta and sour cherry tart that, in addition to being a treat, was a discovery for us). We liked everything so much that my daughter and I went back the following evening!

12/05/2025: Stopped for lunch and returned for dinner, quaint place, generous portions, good value for money.

30/05/2025: Spartan place. We went to eat with several people, the food was really very good and refined, the only flaw was the staff. They seemed quite annoyed in having to serve us, a shame, because the quality is definitely superior. The environment in line with what was declared, the only flaw was the little space between the chairs and the wall. All in all a 4 star seems like an excellent compromise to me.

01/05/2025: A pleasant surprise, we stopped by chance and ate like a dream, spending the right amount. the mushroom lasagna and the chicken were exceptional, flavors that took me back to being a child. incredible quality of raw materials. The staff in the room were very good and very nice.

20/03/2025: Between advice and chance we end up in this restaurant, one of the few open on Tuesdays. What can I say, a real surprise. Excellent quality dish, impeccable service and a menu closely linked to the territory as well as traditions. Highly recommended.

18/04/2025: If you go to Canino you definitely have to eat at Trattoria GASPERINI. An original environment with colorful tables and paintings painted by the owners. A beautiful tuff arch decorates the interiors on the ground floor and on the upper floor. Pleasant music accompanies your dinner. We started with some very good bruschetta and fried vegetables. The paccheri with pistachio cream, pecorino and bacon are extraordinary. But even the more classic carbonare is particularly tasty. I had the beef cheek braised in red wine which I found delicious. The sour cherry tart is one of the best I have ever eaten. I will definitely come back.

11/04/2025: We were lucky enough to have lunch today in this welcoming restaurant. We took a classic platter and fettuccine with speck and truffle and it was all exceptional, we left very full and more than satisfied. Very kind and welcoming staff. We will be back with great pleasure!

Nonostante non riteniamo il programma un riferimento per la scelta dei ristoratori ci eravamo ripromessi di andarci e oggi dopo otto anni ci siamo riusciti. E nonostante sia successo di tutto in quesi 8 anni, abbiamo trovato ciò che avevamo visto in TV. Da non mancare

27/04/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante a pranzo. L’accoglienza é stata delle migliori e ci siamo sin da subito sentiti ben accolti. C’è una bella terrazza ma abbiamo preferito mangiare all’interno. Ottime le portate, in particolare la cipolla ed i primi che ci hanno fatto gustare sapori sia tradizionali che contemporanei. Menzione a parte per l’olio utilizzato che é superlativo. Buono anche il dolce. Prezzo in linea con la qualità del cibo. Ci tornerei molto volentieri se di passaggio in zona. Grazie ancora per l’accoglienza!

12/05/2025: I went by when it opened, the place was empty, I was alone and they told me they were full. I came back after 45 minutes and they were still empty. Meh Response to the owner: your review speaks for itself of which of the 2 of you feels like a god on earth and that everything is owed. I wasn't offensive while you are very much so. I went in and none of you said hello but you looked at me as if I were an alien. Despite this, I said hello, if you didn't hear I'm sorry for you. I didn't leave offended, I'm sorry to disappoint your expectations. I didn't give you all that importance! The fact is that, even though everything was booked, the place at 8:30 pm, that is after 45 minutes, was still empty. And you open at 7:30 pm, I even waited a bit so as not to be too intrusive. But your rudeness doesn't understand certain things, it only knows how to vomit your repressed anger on the first person who comes along!!!! Luckily I'm not the only one reviewing the terrible service 😂😂😂
