Having frequented the restaurant in the past, I've found less attention to detail in the preparation of the same dishes: for example, bringing meat that was obviously almost burnt to the table would be a no-no. The menu hasn't been updated. The quality-price ratio has declined compared to the past.

I went to dinner at this restaurant with my family, a lovely place in the historic center, very elegant and rustic at the same time. The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and polite. The only downside was finding parking, which was really difficult.

We were extremely satisfied with our lunch in Viterbo at this family-friendly restaurant.
The tasting menu was truly generous, and the quality and freshness of the traditional food was very high.
The service was precise and punctual, characterized by a fantastic kindness and friendliness, making us feel right at home.
The location is very charming, with a beautiful fireplace and stone walls.
This restaurant was a real discovery, and we'll definitely be back on our next trip to Viterbo!!!

A quaint restaurant in the historic center of Viterbo with a traditional local flavor.
It's a shame the selection is limited, because the place is truly charming.
The staff is truly knowledgeable and professional, especially when it comes to wine pairings, which, when combined with the good food, make the experience a true journey of flavor.

A medieval experience in the center of Viterbo. A charming location, with an outdoor area closed in the winter. Friendly and attentive staff.
A tasting menu is available, with very reasonable prices (35 or 40 euros per person).
The chickpea and chestnut soup is incredible, as is the pork with plums. It's impossible not to try it!
