10/08/2026: We've been frequenting Il Chiosco Restaurant for about three years. Its location invites us to observe Lake Bosena in all its charm: the shades of light blue, blue, and gray blend with the colors of the meadows and sand. The sunlight accentuates the contrasts until evening, when first pink and then red paint the sky in a natural setting of exceptional beauty. Il Chiosco fits perfectly into this landscape. Its creators/characters, especially Francesco, have meticulously overseen the evolution of the restaurant, making it increasingly hospitable, with interventions aimed at functionality and, at the same time,
respect for the PLACE.
What about the cuisine? Authentic, tasty food, freshly prepared for diners who want to experience this place in a variety of settings and settings.
An experience worth living and repeating. Well done everyone.
26/07/2026: Nothing to complain about either the truly excellent cuisine or the lovely location. It's a shame that the friendly owner of this business has entrusted the complete management of the service to the wrong person this year, with unpleasant results. I am convinced that the boys in charge of serving would do an excellent job on their own, without the supervision of the elderly lady with the gray pigtail who continuously jumps here and there as if she were on a gym treadmill, slaps the menu on the tables without a greeting, to then disappear for an hour, take the orders, forgetting half of them, all with the captivating friendliness of an Equitalia official! Not even, thanks!!

22/07/2026: We were lured in by the great location. Sitting right by the water, we wanted to grab a bite to eat. The kids got fries, which at €6 each are probably reasonable these days.
We shared a tagliolini, which unfortunately came with very dry and too few slices of white bread, and at €18 it was also quite overpriced! The water was served in plastic bottles.
All in all, very disappointing…
04/07/2026: I stopped for lunch to eat pasta. Sitting outside is really lovely in the summer.
The water was too expensive by Italian standards, and €2.50 for the cover charge is simply far too much for a knife, fork, and two slices of bread.
This should be reconsidered.

03/08/2025: Fritti di totani ed alici congelati totalmente insapore, insalata di mare da ‘barattolo ‘ che sapeva solamente di limone ed olio primi piatti dai tonnarelli alle ‘pseudo ‘ vongole veraci che sapevano solamente di olio ed aglio, risotto alla pescatora scotto e condito con 2 pezzi di pesce congelato sprovvisto di frutti di mare …..i sorbetti al cocco ed al limone sono gelati confezionati. Unica cosa mangiabile la focaccia…..carta dei vini da supermercato…..a mai più
22/04/2025: Personale gentile,credo che forse in cucina dovrebbero prendere uno chef che sa fare il suo lavoro con piatti della tradizione di pesce di lago e di mare. Prezzi troppo alti rispetto alla qualità.
