03/04/2024: Nice surprise! You eat what you have, today everything was good (white lasagne, pappardelle with white ragù, pork shank and potatoes with scamorza and asparagus) at modest prices. Friendly. Rustic and family atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying.

31/03/2024: Had lunch in this farmhouse on Easter day. I have to say that we had a really good time. The platter with excellent cured meats and speck, tried the canederli and definitely according to tradition. All very good seasoned with a relaxing and well-kept location. We will definitely be back and thanks again..

06/04/2024: We spent two weeks in Italy and this was the worst and also unfortunately the most expensive dinner we had. We ordered the spaghetti (I’ve had better in a can) and the ravioli (6 pieces and barely edible). Tourist trap that we fell into. Beware
02/04/2024: Having dinner in caves dating back to the 13th century was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere of the restaurant is truly unique and evocative and all the dishes we tasted were very good. A special mention goes to the staff, some of the friendliest I have ever met in a restaurant. The guys are young, prepared and smiling... and this makes the difference. Sincere congratulations!
The value for money is also excellent.
Highly recommended :)

02/04/2024: The place is extraordinary in this former convent. The owners are very friendly and the food was delicious! If we can give some advice: tablecloths and napkins would be much better in white and in cotton or linen. Even the chairs would be nicer without those covers. However, a very nice evening and one to be repeated!

Location essenziale ma piacevole per le pareti quasi totalmente vetrate che danno l'impressione di pranzare nel bosco. Personale cortese e sufficientemente professionale, piatti abbondanti e ben eseguiti. Consigliato a chi ama la carne, vasta scelta di bistecche. Prezzi nella media
09/03/2024: Bellissimo ristorante in location suggestiva; ottimo il cibo, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi. Una nota speciale al capriolo in agrodolce e ai porcini in gratella, davvero ottimi. Prezzo nella media, in linea con ciò che abbiamo mangiato e con la qualità del cibo. Ci torneremo

It therefore has an identity problem... beyond any consideration, given that I only used the bathrooms and it's not like they were clean, it is one of the few places where you can stop for a coffee between Orte and Cassia.

16/03/2024: One afternoon and night stay with my family. When we arrived at the structure we were animated by a lot of enthusiasm because the location is immersed in a pleasant landscape. The structure appears "lived in" and does not appear "updated"... I would say a vintage appearance. The room appears very "hot" and I notice a fan on the table, I start to freeze because I start to doubt the presence of an air conditioner, in reality there is, I click the on button and the display lights up with preset values that cannot be customized on a temperature of 22-23C°, it is very "quiet".... I inspect the beds and the covers are stained and one even has a hole of about 2cm, they make me think of a "lived in" room! I call the reception... No I can't call because the room in this 4 star hotel doesn't have a telephone in the room!!!! I personally went to the reception and explained the "problems" encountered, the staff was kind and tried to resolve the unpleasant situation, in the meantime I pointed out that the "silent" air conditioner did not work and 32° degrees in the room were not pleasant.... We return to the room: the pillowcases and sheets are now clean and without holes... The air conditioner is now "noisy" but does not seem useful for the "warm" room... Let's take a look at the bathroom, there is a bit lots of dust and the toilet paper roll is already "used".... vintage toilet seat! In the bathroom, without windows and devices for air exchange, there are also guests: ants and an unidentified insect... Ok, we only have to survive 1 night, we also booked the restaurant... Restaurant with worn tablecloth with holes, a menu where it is not possible to know allergens, staff always friendly but the raw materials are poor.... Nightmare night, children can't sleep because it's too hot, the fan remains a small consolation!

08/03/2024: Abbiamo pranzato una domenica, io mia moglie ed i nostri due bambini; dire che abbiamo mangiato bene sarebbe riduttivo:
- posto molto elegante ed accogliente
- cibo ottimo cucinato da mani esperte
- personale molto cordiale
Veramente un posto eccellente immerso nel verde dei monti cimini!
01/03/2024: Il peggio del peggio. Location davvero mal gestita. Cibo dozzinale, servizio ancor peggio. Non affiderei mai la mia cerimonia ad un posto cosi!
