13/04/2026: A cutting-edge osteria with interesting dishes. Some things stood out to me, such as the salmon-based homage to Pollock and the ravioli with octopus amatriciana, both delicious! Overall, the most popular dishes were the two first courses and the appetizers. The wine selection, which the chef offered us, was also very good.

It's one of those places that, once discovered, becomes a regular fixture, so much so that it's probably the best bar in town without exaggerating. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and always clean, perfect for both a leisurely breakfast and a quick break during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, making everyone feel instantly at ease, even at peak times. The real highlight, however, are the desserts: simply out of this world. The croissants, pastries, and baked goods are of the highest quality, fresh, and irresistible, with a clear focus on the finest ingredients. Every bite confirms the establishment's reputation and makes it difficult to choose what to order, because everything is so inviting. The coffee is also excellent, well-made and consistent, ideal for pairing with the sweet specialties. Bar Giusti is a must-try for those who live in Montefiascone and a must-see for anyone passing through. Highly recommended.

30/03/2026: We came for lunch on Saturday with my family and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything was delicious, fresh, and high-quality. Excellent service, everyone was professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Unfortunately, we're not exactly in the area, otherwise it would be a must-visit.

05/01/2026: Found it by chance on the way back from a visit to Montefiascone/Bolsena. A brand new place nestled in the countryside that serves quality food. We tried the cheeses, lasagna, and spaghetti cacio pepe... All delicious!!!! Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: Trattoria Tipica has plenty of seating, and the waiter is very friendly and professional. Traditional dishes at good prices, including a top-notch grilled meat, especially the Florentine Marchigiana steak, cooked perfectly without burning; it melted in your mouth. The cacio e pepe pasta, which isn't very creamy, needs a facelift. Excellent local Syra Laziale red wine. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area.

12/04/2026: The place is always packed and heavy for dinner, there must be a reason, so we try it for dinner on Saturday night. The place is renovated because it is old-fashioned, the service is right, the waiting times are right, the price and quality are normal, a piece of advice, try it because the pizza is good, the first courses are good, perhaps a suggestion on the seafood starter which is poor, I know you pay €15 but I can improve if they want, just add a piece of bread with salmon, the rest is all ok.

08/04/2026: When I called to make a lunch reservation, the owner informed us they were closed for lunch. A few minutes later, he called back to tell us the chef would be there to welcome us and cook for us at 1:00 PM. Like a king and queen. The restaurant was open for the two of us.

22/03/2026: I highly recommend it: the food is truly excellent, with excellent quality dishes and generous portions. The wine risotto was very flavorful, perhaps even a little too strong, while the ravioli were truly delicate. My only small complaint concerns the service: the waitress was very kind and helpful, but at times seemed a bit unprepared. With a little more training, the experience would have been perfect.

21/03/2026: A friend's birthday... excellent pizza delivery, just the right amount of fun... you tell them the occasion you're celebrating and... they take care of everything... Professionals!!! Nothing has changed except the 5 stars!! It gets better over time like wine!!!

08/03/2026: I consider myself a polite and generally calm person, but seeing the waiters serving the same two tables for the third time in a row and nothing on our table made me complain. The two waiters replied that they wouldn't let me starve, but that wasn't my problem, at least not entirely. In fact, I apologize to the people who were there working, but throughout the lunch the situation dragged on so much that we had to wait for a glass of grappa until the last one. That said, the dishes were good, the restaurant was very full, my personal conclusion is that for a table of fifty people, two waiters were insufficient. Yours truly.

29/03/2026: Their enormous, homemade rice balls open the door to honest, tasty pizza. The service is prompt and super friendly! The price is below the suggested price! Congratulations! I'll be back!
