Very good service! When it became clear that we didn't speak Italian, a waitress was sent with whom we could communicate better. Very nice, very good food

We had dinner here last night for the first time after a nice swim at the spa. The first thing we really liked was the proximity of just 2 minutes to the spa of the popes. Upon entering we were immediately struck by the very romantic outdoor space with a cascade of climbing branches... very beautiful. The interior is also very welcoming. Chiara immediately brought us the menu. A young and beautiful girl who is very professional. Who recommended the various dishes to us... all exceptional. We tasted everything. From the appetizer to the desserts including wine.. every dish was crazy. The tenderest and juiciest meat I've ever eaten, so good. And the perfect value for money, only €30 each. We will definitely be back! Thank you Chiara and the pasta handmade by your mother.

A Viterbo per Lavoro e per pranzo decido di recarmi in questo ristorante, nonostante il locale fosse abbastanza pieno in 5 minuti il tavolo è pronto, location molto curata e cibo ottimo, personale cortese. Da Consigliare.

Trattoria tranquilla e situata nei pressi delle Terme di Viterbo. Siamo stati accolti dalle proprietarie che ci avevano riservato quattro posti come da noi precedentemente prenotati. Locale non molto grande (anche perchè da un lato funge da trattoria e dall'altro da bar) ed abbastanza pulito come pure i servizi igienici. Ho mangiato una ottima carbonara ed a seguire salsicce alla brace con patate arrosto e carciofo pastellato fritto. Non è molto piaciuto la tagliatella ai funghi porcini (la pasta era scotta ed i funghi un pò limacciosi). Ottima anche la Crema Catalana al flambè. Servizio celere e professionale. Complimenti alle sorelle Fusco in particolare alla Chiara che cura la Sala in modo gradevole e molto professionale. Prezzo nella media. Ci ritornerò.
