A restaurant that can be said to be family-run, with exceptional courtesy but also fundamental for the quality of the truly interesting food and wines, not least finally where there is space and impeccable cleanliness between table and table. Average prices. Last thing, there are no problems with parking but I highly recommend calling the day before to book.

Isolina e' da anni una garanzia di qualità e quantità. Il ristorante ha una gestione familiare impeccabile. I prodotti sono ottimi e preparati in modo eccellente. Dagli antipasti ai dolci passando per primi, secondi e contorni non si resta delusi, tutto ottimo. Il servizio e' attento e competente senza sbavature. Il conto onesto e in linea con l'alto livello del locale. Consigliatissimo.

Mi piace tanto andare da isolina mi rilassa e mi sento a casa. Sono tutti gentili,disponobili e informatissimi. Piatti unici e particolari cucinati in modo eccellente con grande amore e passione. Lo Si vede e si. sente! hanno una cantina di vini ricca di tantissime proposte ma poi ci fidiamo sempre dei consigli di Alessandro e non hai mai sbagliato È bello vivere la.parte interna ma è altrettanto bella quella esterna ha un valore aggiunto in una bella serata d'estate. È straconsigliato Noi vediamo da Roma e quando possiamo ci fa sempre piacere fare una scappata.siamo stati sia pranzo sia cena Quindi a presto.....

Immerso nelle campagne vicino Canino un ristorante che pochi ho trovato così. La gentilezza dei proprietari si capisce da subito. Giorgio è stato super riservandoci un tavolo vicino la finestra per vedere la macchina con la cagnolina in tranquillità e ci ha offerto delle ottime bruschette con l'olio eccezionale. Il cibo genuino e spettacolare ed un menù variegato e per tutti. La carne la fa da padrone ed il consiglio è di prendere diverse pietanze per assaggiarle tutte. Funghi porcini della zona e freschissimi. Grazie mille per un bel pranzo che ricorderò.

Un pranzo di gruppo che ci ha lasciati pienamente soddisfatti. Personale di sala gentile e professionale. Ottimo il vino rosso in bottiglia DOP Acqua in bottigliata liscia e gassata. Un antipasto di formaggi e salumi di ottima qualità. Due primi che sono diventati tre con il bis dei passatelli al ragù bianco ed olive nere. Carne alla brace di alta qualità. Patate al forno e cicoria ripassata in padella. Un dolce buonissimo, caffè e ammazza caffè.

03/04/2024: Very pleasant surprise! I was on a pleasure trip to (re)discover our beautiful villages in Lazio, when, looking for a place to eat for lunch, I came across this cute place in the historic center of Bolsena. Already from the external appearance it presented itself very well, with attention to furnishings and atmosphere. Once seated we were greeted very kindly and were offered a series of dishes of the day. Our attention fell on a first course based on paccheri and smoked whitefish, with an exquisite aroma and flavour. The desserts were also fantastic. Congratulations to the Chef and the Pastry Chef!.

03/04/2024: Fabulous I have been going to this restaurant for a year now. I'm happy to have known it because it has become my favorite and very high-level restaurant in Tarquinia. What can I say: very kind staff, ready to explain any doubts about the cuts of meat, I found a magnificent wine list with a lot of choice, from moderately priced wines to superlative wines of the highest quality. The location is fabulous, elegant, with attention to detail and above all the cleanliness should not be underestimated, everything is extremely clean and tidy. I went to eat in the cellar, a wonderful dinner in a truly enchanting atmosphere, soft lights hidden among an infinite number of wines, I recommend if there are two of you to go there once. The quality of the food was truly excellent, we ate the barzotto egg as an appetizer, very good and an explosion of flavours, absolutely worth trying. We preferred to go for meat given the great variety of choice, and above all also the possibility of seeing it and choosing it at the entrance, inside some beautiful maturers. We took the Carima, a meat with a moderate flavour, neither too strong nor tasteless, truly a specialty. Another thing that I found excellent is that you have the possibility of cooking it at the table: the chef brings you a stone and you have the possibility of cooking it however you want. Mouth-watering desserts, most of the desserts are made by them, we took the chocolate and eggnog cake with amaretti biscuits, both special. On balance I have to say that it was excellent, excellent quality for the price. Compared to other restaurants specializing in cuts of meat, I must say that due to the excellent meat they have, starting from Carima, Japanese Wagyu, Spanish Rubia, Galician, Simmental, Fatty Prime, it was truly one of the restaurants with a truly excellent price and right for what you eat. The owner is truly kind and courteous, always ready to satisfy all customers to make them satisfied with the culinary experience they have chosen to come and try and have.
19/03/2024: wonderful location, top chef, good choice of wines, not a battle restaurant, but a nice place to have a dining experience. Friendly atmosphere, well done Paolo.
