15/02/2026: One-year-old left without food until 10 PM, with an order placed at 8:30 PM. At 9:30 PM, when I asked for at least a side dish so the child could eat, the owner angrily replied that the restaurant was full. At 10 PM, I discovered that the waiter never wrote down the child's order and that only the owner takes orders. He said this as if I should know. Furthermore, every time I asked the waiter how far along we were to decide whether to leave, he laughed in my face and said, "I don't know." Let's just say it doesn't take much to know. If you don't bring the order to the kitchen, they certainly won't prepare it.
Castagnole are sublime, but I'll do without them.

30/11/2025: I had dinner with my boyfriend at this pinseria and was really satisfied! I had high expectations based on the many positive reviews I'd already read... Well, I have to say it's all absolutely true! Lovely place, fast and attentive service, top-quality products! I loved the pinsa... also the pinsarelli and supplì, delicious!
The pinsa was so light, soft on the inside and crispy on the edges... The sauce was delicious!
I absolutely recommend it, you won't regret it :)

18/04/2026: The food is fantastic. The dishes are very refined and beautifully presented. That's why we're giving it 5 stars. We were two couples. The only thing that caught our attention was the very serious waitstaff. Maybe it was because we don't speak Italian and spoke English. We prefer cheerful waiters. But that's just our preference, and everything was perfect, hence the rating. And the view is breathtaking!
18/04/2026: Spectacular views and excellent cuisine. It's difficult to maintain these standards for so many years, but they've been top-notch for over 15 years.

11/04/2026: The food is very good, but you have to go on weekdays to enjoy the experience because on weekends it's incredibly crowded, and this obviously affects the service, the quality of the food, and the overall experience because it's so crowded. Still, a recommended restaurant.

It's worth noting that the employees wear uniforms, which is very important and a sign of professionalism.

We had a great time. There were four of us and we tried various things.
Including first courses that we shared. Here, I might have expected a few more grams of pasta, let's say, knowing there were four of us. But it wasn't a problem, especially since we ate enough. A forkful of pasta wouldn't have minded. The guys were fantastic, and you can see the effort they're putting into running a place like this. Well done.
13/02/2026: The new management does not disappoint at all, excellent food both pizza and cuisine, impeccable service and an absolutely friendly atmosphere, highly recommended!

15/04/2026: Absolutely amazing place. The food was amazing. Taste, texture were well balanced. Ate 3 desserts because it was impossible to choose.
27/03/2026: Delicious dishes, excellent ingredients, and a welcome that immediately made us feel at ease. We returned after a year for a trip out of town. We had glazed fennel and goose breast strudel for an appetizer, two first courses (spaghettoni quadrato and beetroot risotto), and two desserts (the zabaglione was absolutely MEMORABLE). Naturally, water, wine, and coffee were included.
A heartfelt thank you to the kitchen, which gave us a taste of a new dish with incredibly tender artichokes. Everything, absolutely everything, was perfect. We'll be back again ❤️

Exciting cuisine, impeccable service, and a breathtaking location: *La Parolina* is much more than a restaurant; it's a sensory journey through flavors, aromas, and creativity.
Each dish is meticulously crafted, using excellent local ingredients reinterpreted with elegance and technique. The tasting menu is a crescendo of surprises, balance, and authentic passion.
The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and present, yet never intrusive. The dining room exudes warmth and refinement, with a view that makes the experience even more memorable.
A well-deserved Michelin star, but after this dinner, it's at least three. Kudos to Iside and her team!

26/04/2026: In 40 years, I've never eaten a pizza so overcooked and tough, and the first serving was even cold. Everything you can't do with a pizza...this is it. The service was attentive, with a few minor distractions. I definitely won't be returning.
24/04/2026: REALLY EXCELLENT. Nothing to say, excellent staff, very friendly PG, excellent value for money, as a starter I recommend the very good carellata with octopus and very good mussels, I have never eaten such good mussels, I highly recommend it
