11/07/2026: This is the first place I've given full marks to, and it absolutely deserves it. The food was delicious and well-seasoned. The appetizers were varied and the pasta was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and it was a wonderful experience.

07/05/2026: Rustic and delicious. Local and plentiful ingredients. I highly recommend the cheese platter: varied and paired with jam and honey. The cured meats platter was also nice, but not as good as the cheese platter. The first courses were also very flavorful and seasoned, especially the asparagus and guanciale ones, a real treat. The meat platter was plentiful and authentic. I recommend it. Fair prices.

19/07/2026: It was a weekend just what you need to recharge. My two children and I were pleasantly surprised by this place. Starting with the owner's hospitality, who was available in every way (even allowing us to stay an hour longer than agreed). The dinner was delicious, with an excellent balance between the quality of the ingredients and the price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served by a very kind lady who was attentive to the needs of my daughter (who has celiac disease). The pool was the perfect backdrop to this enchanting place, as well as providing refreshment on these hot days. Everyone was truly professional and kind. What can I say? It's a real shame we had to leave, but we'll gladly return.

15/07/2026: Sutri is a magical place, and this magic is further enhanced by the Cantina del Drago, housed in a historic building. Outside, you can also enjoy aperitifs with truly original treats. The fried toast is an experience not to be missed. The menu is varied and includes truly original choices. The first courses are amazing. Excellent and extensive wine selection, including top-quality local wines. The only drawback: the house-made tiramisu wasn't what I expected. But 10/10 for everything, including the kindness of the owners.

09/07/2026: This restaurant is tucked away in the cellar of a beautiful historic palazzo, with a lovely garden courtyard that makes the setting feel extra special. The menu blends Italian cuisine with creative international influences, and every dish we tried was excellent.

07/05/2026: Today, May 1st, we had lunch at Trattoria Da Linetta. The first courses were delicious, especially the pagliafieno pasta with various sauces, porcini mushrooms, ragù, truffles, and mushrooms. The second courses were exquisite: lamb cacciatore, pork morsels, fried lamb, roast pork, and excellent side dishes. Finally, we finished with the house desserts, the delicious zuppa inglese (a type of trifle), a good red wine, and the kindness and friendliness of the owners and all the staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy healthy, authentic cuisine that makes you feel at home. Congratulations!

05/05/2026: We went to this trattoria for lunch on Sunday as a couple and had a wonderful time. It was an experience we won't soon forget. The lunch was truly excellent, with quality food right from the start: the small complimentary oil tasting was very welcome. We had the Tuscia tasting for two as an appetizer, which was generous, followed by fettuccine with beef ragù and pappardelle with hare and juniper berries, both delicious (the pappardelle in particular were truly amazing). We would have also liked to try the rabbit Viterbo-style, but we were already full; despite this, the owner offered it to us because he wanted us to try it, a gesture that was truly appreciated. The desserts were also excellent. Special thanks to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention, especially with regard to managing my girlfriend's allergies: it's not a given. It's rare to find a restaurant with this kindness. So, congratulations. Very good value. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Nestled in the valley near Orvieto, among rows of vines, the Jovez family welcomes guests with a smile and enthusiasm, offering them a relaxing break while sampling their own products, cooked with the passion of those who know how to entertain guests who have traveled from far and wide... tasty and generous appetizers, first courses, second courses, and side dishes, finishing with exquisite homemade desserts: lemon tiramisu (delicate and generous), lemon sorbet 🍋, and limoncello... We'll definitely be returning, and highly recommended!!!
