15/06/2026: Breathtaking location, overlooking the sea from the walls of Tarquinia. Outdoor dining is also available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are varied and well-presented. Service is fast. We chose several dishes, and they were all worth it. Reasonable value for money. Recommended.

07/06/2026: The food is exceptionally flavorful and made with top-quality ingredients, excellent customer service, and a very intimate outdoor setting overlooking the Tarquinia valley and the sea. I'd like to point out that this restaurant is listed as a Slow Food Presidium in the 2026 Michelin guide, so the prices are above average and the dishes are meticulously crafted.

20/05/2026: Relatively affordable food in a very toursity, but stunning area on Lake Como. If you are seated outdoors like me and my family were, you can see the scenery and it’s incredible. Ragu was good, pizza was even better, and the waiter was friendly. We went during the dawn of summer, so it wasn’t very busy. Recommend fo sho.

05/07/2026: Two off-menu, corpse-colored pasta dishes paid 14 euros. The duck breast was actually sliced ​​duck "flavored" with a rancid apricot cream and less than a kilo of baby spinach. No discernible flavor. The cured meats were banal. I recommend it only for meat, but without expecting anything fancy or off-menu for children, because in that case, as they say in my area, "they'll give you a syringe."

The only negative point is the tiramisu; it's homemade, but it tastes like a packaged one... I didn't like it at all. Everything else, however, was delicious. I would have liked to try a first course, but it was evening: the dishes were beautiful and plentiful. Their house appetizer was excellent, although the price was really high for a single person.

01/05/2026: Intrigued by some negative reviews, my friend and I decided to try this place ourselves during our visit to Tarquinia. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was immediately welcoming and meticulously curated: the decor is splendid, and the wine display areas are truly enchanting. The exposed stone walls give the place a unique character. We were greeted by the owners with extreme kindness; they seated us without pressuring us, respecting our time to order. Despite the extensive wine selection, since we had to drive, we opted for an excellent Primitivo by the glass. The dishes are presented in an original way, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The service was impeccable, making the evening pleasant and enjoyable. The quality/price ratio is absolutely in line with the culinary offerings. A special thank you and many congratulations on your firstborn!

13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta. Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night. The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent. The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy. No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!
