Exquisite food, excellent wines, a cozy and stylish atmosphere, and friendly, welcoming service. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. It's a shame we didn't discover Ristorante Atlas sooner.

Incredible. We wandered over from our hotel looking for an appetizer and some drinks after a long flight. We were welcomed warmly. The kind woman who served us told us all kinds of information about where the meat and cheeses were from and how they made their bread. It was the perfect way to kick off our time in Rome. Delicious food and drinks, kind and educational server — just perfect. We were even offered some wonderful biscuits before we left.

Last night I had dinner at the Atlas restaurant: friendly service and excellent food, expertly prepared using carefully selected ingredients. My dinner included a starter of crostini with Cantabrian anchovies, a truly delicious beef tartare with special mashed potatoes, and a grand finale with an unsurpassed zabaglione cream puff! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We played it safe because we already knew the previous location. The place is very nice, well-kept, and welcoming; it feels like home—definitely a big change from before, and...for the better! Good food, the result of a thorough search for quality ingredients, good, friendly service! The only thing I didn't appreciate was that we ended up with €24 on the bill for "two glasses of bubbles" that were OFFERED to us while we waited for our friends (we would have ordered them anyway, but if you say "we can offer you" I expect them not to be on the bill... or maybe we would have ordered something else). The quality/price ratio is a bit unbalanced in my opinion, but it's a place I'd return to.

Dinner with friends in October, welcomed with a smile by Cristina. Cristiano recommended the inimitable Angus carpaccio, handmade tortellini with Dolomite butter, and sliced ​​Australian sirloin steak (amazing). Simone explained the excellent wine pairing choice. What can I say? Highly recommended!

What an amazing find. I spoke to the waiter/owner who said that they had existed for 24 years in a different location, further out in Rome and then moved their restaurant here. The service was wonderful. It felt like walking into a neighbourhood favourite, with locals eating their favourite dishes. The menu is really interesting, with a mix of classical and contemporary Italian cooking. The dishes I had, along with the delicious homemade bread and incredible olive oil, was absolutely superb. I can’t recommend it more highly and wouldn’t be surprised if Michelin find out about what is going on at Atlas. I will be coming back when I am next in Rome, and bringing only good people!

It would take entire pages to highlight the care with which everything is conceived and presented by these wonderful people. Perfect for a quiet dinner, a surefire hit for dinner with friends. You know those places where you feel at home?! Here, some days, it's even better! Go there, eat and drink, meet Andrea, and indulge in his warm hospitality and all the delicious things he conjures up from his kitchen!
15/04/2026: I celebrated my graduation in the venue's cottage, in a rustic yet elegant room, ideal for those looking for a different kind of evening from the usual chaotic events, enjoying a unique atmosphere. The appetizers were incredible and the first courses delicious; the owner, Andrea, recommended a cheesecake base with crème brulee for dessert, a true delight. Overall, the service was excellent; the staff paid attention to every detail throughout the evening. I will definitely be back to experience that welcoming atmosphere and enjoy the good food. The only downside was that the children at the party ended up paying for their dinner as if they were adults. Otherwise, the evening went exactly as I had imagined!!!
