I was there with my wife on Friday, May 22nd, on a warm evening. The outdoor seating area was simple, but well-maintained. We were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. We ate well and tried an unusual wine, a characteristic of many of the restaurant's selections. I'll be back.

A few dishes, but all extremely tasty, a consistent balance between tradition and sophistication. The tortellini with parmesan cream and truffle are amazing, the Russian salad deserves a second helping, and the slow-cooked egg is simply sumptuous. A good wine list, though it's a shame the space is a bit cramped and very noisy. Service is prompt and cheerful.

An experience worth repeating! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed as if you were at home. The owners, Cristina, Chef Cristiano, and the wait staff are wonderful and very friendly, as well as knowledgeable. The presentation of the dishes is already inviting, not to mention that once you've tasted them, they're truly a delight for the palate. The wine selection is also excellent. As for the rest, the photos speak for themselves; words wouldn't be enough! ❤️

Exquisite food, excellent wines, a cozy and stylish atmosphere, and friendly, welcoming service. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. It's a shame we didn't discover Ristorante Atlas sooner.

Incredible. We wandered over from our hotel looking for an appetizer and some drinks after a long flight. We were welcomed warmly. The kind woman who served us told us all kinds of information about where the meat and cheeses were from and how they made their bread. It was the perfect way to kick off our time in Rome. Delicious food and drinks, kind and educational server — just perfect. We were even offered some wonderful biscuits before we left.

Last night I had dinner at the Atlas restaurant: friendly service and excellent food, expertly prepared using carefully selected ingredients. My dinner included a starter of crostini with Cantabrian anchovies, a truly delicious beef tartare with special mashed potatoes, and a grand finale with an unsurpassed zabaglione cream puff! I highly recommend this restaurant.

09/06/2026: I often go there for lunch during my work break, and it's always a positive experience. The staff is always friendly, and the menu is well-balanced and offers a wide variety of options. I've tried several dishes and have always had excellent food. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: Truly excellent pizza. It fully lives up to all the positive reviews I've read so far. The owner is truly talented, helpful, and willing to go out of his way to please his customers. I highly recommend trying this pizzeria and experiencing the deliciousness, professionalism, and expertise of the owner. 10 out of 10 for everything.
15/03/2026: The pizza is superb, fragrant and easy to digest, with EXCELLENT and PLENTY of toppings, and fresh, flavorful ingredients. Everyone in my family has really complimented it. It's already the fifth time we've had pizza here, even though it's not exactly close to us, but it's absolutely worth it. I'm sorry to just have a small complaint about the service at the counter. The lady who's expecting a baby was very kind and smiling. She recommended toppings and explained in detail how to reheat it once we got home. Unfortunately, the last few times we've been served by an older lady who really leaves much to be desired. Not a good evening, not a smile, not a word. The quality is fine, but the staff also makes the difference. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it's not fair for one person to ruin a job done with care. For the rest, congratulations!!!!
