My partner and I took the ramen class at Mind School and really enjoyed it, more than we expected. It was a great experience, very hands-on and without too many frills: you cook, you try, you make a few mistakes, and you really learn.
Massimo was really good and super approachable. He guided us step by step, explaining everything in a simple and natural way, without ever making it seem complicated or "lesson-like." You could really tell he was passionate about it.
We left happy, full of delicious food and eager to make it again at home. It's one of those experiences that stays with you in a positive way.

I attended the Indonesian cooking class and had a wonderful time. Chef Massimo Innocenti, assisted by Chef Loretta Cavallaro, guided the course participants through the preparation of the three courses with professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness.
It was an evening that makes me want to return and try new dishes...

A very pleasant experience, with dishes prepared as a team, which fostered good socialization. Helpful advice was provided here and there by the chef, and the menu was original and flavorful, based on color, a perfect fit for a themed dinner. The attention to detail in the aesthetics of the dishes and the possible garnishes was also noteworthy.

I gave this experience to my husband for his birthday, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience!
The chef guided us through the cooking process, making it simple and fun, but most importantly...tasty!
We left feeling very full :)
Excellent value for money...absolutely recommended!

My partner and I had our first experience of taking a traditional Japanese cooking class. It was a lot of fun and, above all, satisfying. Now we know how to recreate these delicious dishes and what to buy. You can buy a thousand books, but doing it with a chef's guide helps you so much more! Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

I took the Thai cooking class, and I finally know how to cook Pad Thai. ☺️ Professional teachers and a super enjoyable evening.
The environment is well-kept and clean.
I decided to return for the pan pizza and focaccia class, along with my partner and other couples of friends.
