A very refined, welcoming, and intimate venue, perfect for a quiet evening. The lady who looked after us during service was truly kind, helpful, and very approachable, making us feel immediately at ease. The food was very good, with beautifully presented and carefully prepared dishes. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the way the person I was with handled gluten intolerance: they showed great care and professionalism, even with an appetizer that included both versions. They carefully separated everything to avoid any risk of contamination, which is far from a given as it requires time, attention, and customer service. Furthermore, the TheFork discount was automatically applied correctly, without having to remember or ask. A pleasant discovery in Ariccia: we'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent, with house specialties that left us very satisfied. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful experience, my wife and I went for lunch on a Sunday, we asked to go to the cueva, a simple but very charming place... What can I say about the food, excellent and right and the waitress very nice, she gave us advice on the local dishes that tasted really mmmm... Excellent... Anyway, I highly recommend it, in fact we will be going again soon too... congratulations to the Cueva.

We dined at this charming restaurant on a cold March day, and we couldn't have made a better choice. La Cueva immediately captivates you with its unique atmosphere: dining in a setting reminiscent of Ariccia's historic caves makes everything more magical and intimate. ​Here's what won us over: ​The Porchetta: Simply amazing. You can taste the full tradition of the PGI mark, with a crispiness and flavor that only Ariccia can provide. ​The First Courses: We opted for the ever-present Amatriciana, expertly executed, and the chestnut gnocchi, which were the real surprise of the evening: a perfect pairing for the March weather, delicate and flavorful at the same time. ​The Dessert: To finish on a high note, an excellent tiramisu, creamy and incredibly fresh.

We had lunch with friends at La Cueva restaurant. I must say we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the ingredients and the chef's cooking. Excellent appetizers and first courses, the meat was very fresh and top-quality, and the vegetables were cooked beautifully. Excellent value for money 🔝 Highly recommended

I recommend this place 100%. Small but very welcoming, super fast, and excellent food. Definitely try the porchetta-filled tortelli; you won't regret it!
