Excellent quality brewery and restaurant. Sliced ​​lard and fennel, perfect in the required cooking, rare and tasteful. The same goes for the artichoke and pecorino one. The Prussian steak was not up to par with the two cuts. Really special homemade fried foods with crunchy and non-greasy crust. The only not-so-satisfactory notes are too much confusion in the large glass room (but maybe it can be there on Saturdays) and the prices of the beer which, being their own production, could be slightly lower. However, this place is definitely highly recommended and worth trying.

We had dinner at this pizzeria because we were passing through Torre In Pietra and I must say that we had a good time. Even though it was a Saturday evening and the place was quite full, they served us quickly. We ate the buffalo mozzarella with ham and the pizzottelle (which are fried pizza dough) as a starter, always with buffalo mozzarella and ham, very good!!! To taste. The ragù supplì, however, were nothing exceptional. Then we got 2 pizzas and two sandwiches. The black angus focaccia was VERY GOOD. They brought it to me already cut and I must say that it is worth tasting, I had doubts but instead it was the best. The second pizza was good potatoes and porchetta. Of course they are not as big as we are used to but the oven is wood fired and they had a good dough. The burgers, on the other hand, were not very tasty and indeed, even if served with excellent french fries, the taste wasn't that great. We gave 5 stars for the desserts - Excellent - the pizzas and the craft beer!!!!! Perhaps we would have expected something more from the burgers given the price. Well done but you can improve!!!! Personale cordiale e preparato, pizze e hamburger buonissimi. Il pezzo forte sono le birre, Da provare tutte. Location normale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Continuate così perché è il modo per diventare sempre più una bella realtà vicino Roma. Da tornare
