28/03/2026: A favorite spot for our evenings with friends, Castrocielo is a wine bar with a rich selection of wines and a few gems, excellent food, and always a smile and a chat with the hostess par excellence... Isabella.

19/03/2026: I haven't tried the aperitifs yet, but I bought some excellent sparkling wines. They gave me good advice and are excellent salespeople. They take care of their customers, and it's a pleasure to return to buy quality wine. The place isn't big, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

11/04/2026: We had a good time, the food was good and the service was courteous, but there wasn't the variety of "Roman" cuisine I was expecting.

02/04/2026: Alas, a terrible experience! The other diners, enjoying their pizza, described it as commendable. I, a celiac, had a microscopic, inedible burger (and they knew about it from the phone reservation I'd made the day before, reassuring me that it was made with top-quality meat and specified NO SALT). When I pointed it out, they brought me another one that was worse than the first, not to mention salty and overcooked. But what made me most worried was the only waiter in the room. He was extremely rude and practically ignored us from then on, and even though we asked to contact the owner, he didn't give us any response. So, dear business, how carefully do you choose your flours? PAY VERY ATTENTION TO THE MEAT AND, ABOVE ALL, TO THE STAFF! P.S. You didn't even let me find packaged gluten-free bread.

04/04/2026: Today we ordered a funghi pizza and ravioli ricotta spinati with two Beers. We enjoyed the crispy Pizza and the ravioli in the tasty tomato sauce. At the end er had a soft and delicious homemade tiramisu there is nothing to complain about.

04/03/2026: Jerry Thomas Speakeasy is hands down one of the best bars I’ve ever visited. We went twice during our trip to Rome, and it’s the most authentic speakeasy experience you can find. ​Exceptional cocktails (we tasted almost 8 across our two visits and they were all finely crafted, well-balanced, and delicious), a brilliantly curated menu, and a massive selection of spirits (note: they don't serve vodka, as speakeasies back in the Prohibition era didn't either). The vintage atmosphere is spot on, but the real highlight is the incredible hospitality of the staff. Whether you are a barfly or just looking for a quiet, perfect drink, this is a must. If I had to pick only one bar to visit in Rome, this would be it. Now about the price: 15-18€ or maybe more per "signature" cocktail depending on what you order. Classics start from 15€, but truly worth every penny.

23/02/2026: Honestly can't praise the place enough. 2 visits and the welcome from the staff, the flavour of the drinks and the overall experience was fantastic. Great place for a relaxing few cocktails. When I return to Rome this will be on my list of stops.

01/03/2026: Discovered by chance on a quiet street, it won me over immediately. Dishes are made with simple ingredients, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, and are very natural. Water is included with meals. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Truly excellent.

18/04/2026: I'm very sorry to write a negative review, but my expectations for the meat were greatly disappointed. The portion presented at the table was far from 700 grams, sliced ​​thinly, it must have been no more than 300 grams, and I paid 70 euros. When it arrived, I couldn't believe it, but I don't like to argue. I was with my partner, so even less so. I went home hungry. Excellent service, super place, but I felt cheated.

15/04/2026: Hard to find , the address is wrong. Pass the ‘Priolo’ sign, keep straight, then turn right at the light! First of all I have to say , that’s was my first time at the restaurant and everything was perfect! Besides the fact it took them 20+ minutes to come take my order, they are so busy ! , make sure you order everything you want when they take the order , the stake was fire , the appetizers was GOOD ! They was trying to get me drunk as possible and it’s was so funny and everybody are so welcoming , I definitely gone come back again, thanks yall appreciate it❤️

08/04/2026: Food was good but the meal ended up very expensive, €150 for two of us wiyh 2 starters, 2 mains, a large red wine and large beer. Our own fault for not asking drinks prices as we were expecting it to be around €80 going by dish prices on menu. Make sure you ask prices and not just what they recommend. They also insisted on having tip added on which we had been told wasnt normal, although which we always pay in uk.

30/03/2026: This will be my third time here, and every time it's always the best! The beers are delicious; I had a smoked beer that I really liked, and there's a great selection. The sandwich, "Pibe de Or" (Maradona), is really good, especially the spicy flavor, pleasant and tasty! You could eat two without batting an eyelid... The fried foods are really good: the Tuister fries have a great flavor and are delicious, and the pulled pork meatballs melt in your mouth. I'd just recommend using a homemade sauce, like a pepper sauce or a flavored mustard... and then the best part, the liver arrosticini... oh, how good, almost on par with the ones I've had in Abruzzo, really, congratulations. The only downside is that the inside, non-smoking portion is a bit small. And sometimes, it's quite hot. Anyway, you're one of my favorites! Congratulations again 🤙🏽

18/04/2026: Our little family had a wonderful meal at this trattoria; the pasta was perfect, and the staff's advice, friendliness, and speed were excellent. A Roman restaurant, far from the tourist traps. Definitely worth a try!

11/04/2026: I stayed just one night in Albano, and luckily I wanted to try this place. I was alone, and they seated me right away. The staff were helpful, friendly, and the food was excellent: the pizza dough was light and delicious, and the fried foods weren't greasy. Also noteworthy is the gluten-free options. Definitely worth a try.
