Two friends and I had lunch at this typical osteria, and I must say we ate divinely, especially the mezze maniche alla carbonara, which was simply exquisite. Excellent service and price, as well as the owner's friendliness... very, very good.

An old-fashioned trattoria, with delicious food and very reasonable prices for the area. The atmosphere is informal, but it's a typical place you absolutely must try!

Trattoria Della Stampa is one of those rare places where demand is higher than supply for a reason. A beautiful restaurant founded by a former Italian top-league football player from the 70s and 80s, and you can feel the history, warmth, and personality the moment you walk in. Everything is unbelievably delicious, the service is wonderful, and the whole experience feels homemade, authentic, and full of heart. Honestly, no matter what you choose from the menu, you are going to have an amazing meal. We came back three times - because of the food, the service, the atmosphere, and because this place is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Rome that simply can’t be compared to anything else. One very important tip: if you are spending a weekend in central Rome, make sure you reserve dinner here in advance. Without a booking, especially on Friday or Saturday, you probably won’t get in. Reserve your table 3–4 days ahead. You will thank yourself later.

The best meal we had in Rome, the service was spectacular, and the desserts were delicious. It's worth the wait.

Looooooved this beautiful restaurant! From the fresh produce surround the front door to the limoncello at the end, it was all superb. Incredible find near the Trevor fountain.

I stopped for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Even though it's near the Trevi Fountain, this traditional restaurant isn't one of those tourist traps. Excellent service and delicious food.

Guys, this is a place you should visit at least once in your life! A small restaurant, open from morning to night without reservations, you can eat at any time!!! If you're lucky, like us, you can wait your turn outside after putting your name on the list and they'll call you! Fast and attentive service, excellent food! We'll definitely be back. A very quaint place.

Nice small italian restaurant. Unfortunately average pasta. What was really annoying was that they insisted on cash tips. They sat by our table until we took out cash for tips (even though the prices were higher than at other restaurants, coperto and servizio were already paid…)
