I'm back here after years... many, many years.
My last memory was of me as a child and a pizza with my family, at a place my dad used to go to as a college student.
Don't ask me why, but last night, along with my kids and friends, I booked a table here...Est Est Est.
A step back in time but in a restaurant/pizzeria projected into the future.
A simple, straightforward, tasty, concrete, and satisfying experience in every way.
The staff were always smiling and helpful, friendly, and never inappropriate.
It was really needed in the heart of Rome!

Absolutely fantastic, the food is incredibly delicious!
I would recommend the crème brûlée and the pasta cooked in cheese.

I've been going to this place for many years. It recently changed management. It's still a very good place with young managers and waiters. It's just important to know that you no longer find the specialties it was known for, like the flambéed amatriciana and the pizza that made it iconic. Today, there are some good, fun appetizers like golden bread and pecorino chips, and some typical Roman dishes like tonnarelli and lamb. We didn't find any artichokes or puntarelle. Overall, it's a nice place, even if it has lost its vintage magic.

What a surprise! Last night, my work colleagues and I happened upon this historic restaurant, and it was a great experience! Being in a rush for work, we couldn't vary the menu, but we really enjoyed what was served...the cod fillets were huge and delicious, as were the supplì, and the pizza was excellent for those who love Roman-style pizza! The person who served us was very kind, accommodating our schedule. The location is welcoming and historic. A great experience, we'll be back.

An exceptional dining experience in Rome
This restaurant was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home.
The food was simply spectacular: authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and meticulous presentation. We tried several typical Italian dishes, and each one surpassed the last. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the desserts… unforgettable!
You can taste the love and passion for cooking in every dish. Furthermore, the service was impeccable, with excellent recommendations that further enhanced the experience.
A highly recommended place to enjoy true Roman cuisine. We would return without hesitation!

Typical Italian thin-crust pizza. We came to this place on a recommendation and loved it. You don't need to go to the famous places downtown to eat good pizza. We went on a weekday and the atmosphere was relaxed. The service was very attentive and friendly.
