A place in the center of Trastevere. The flavors are okay, some a bit commercial and very sugary, to make the flavor more visually appealing and attract customers. The ice cream maker used a spoon to make the scoops, so for me it was basically as if he were using a measuring cup. I got the maxi waffle, but when I didn't fill it to the max, he put four scoops on top of each other. I got the salted stracciatella, which tasted good, the strawberry was okay, and the Oreo, which was also an okay flavor. Very touristy, a small shop but very centrally located.

Pistachio ice cream blows the competition away. The pistachio has a slightly salty taste and isn't too sweet (if you're American, you won't like it, which is a good sign for the quality of the product). ForzaItalia 🦾🦾🦾
