03/10/2025: The reputation of The Hassler is not exaggerated. We recently spent 2 days there. I won't repeat all the wonderful things people have said. I agree with them all. I want to give a shout out to Antonina at the reception. I became ill on the flight over to Rome. When we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, our room was not ready. Upon seeing my condition, Antonina did not hesitate to find us a hospitality room so I could rest. She walked us into the breakfast area and came back to escort us up to the hospitality room. After a long and difficult plane ride, what she did that morning saved me. Your kindness was greatly appreciated! I am so happy that you were there to help me. Thank you. 21/09/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hassler Roma. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and provided us with an exceptional experience. The view from the 7the floor terrace was incredible. The breakfast each morning was such delightful way to begin the day. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable and the location in Rome is perfect. We will look forward to returning.

17/09/2025: Recommended for those seeking an authentic place, with genuine, traditional food cooked with passion. My first visit was by chance, but next time it will be because I really want to. 19/10/2025: A well-kept, quiet place I've been to before, and it doesn't disappoint. The staff is friendly, fast, and organized. The fried parmigiana is excellent, the soft burger, perhaps a little overcooked, and finally, a very tender salmon steak. My only complaint is the salad, with too many slightly unbalanced ingredients that risk overpowering the fish. For the rest, see you soon.

15/10/2025: This is a place I'd normally go to, but I happened to pass by and ended up going to an open-air restaurant. They said there was one seat left, so I was shown to a table outside. I ordered an octopus appetizer and fettuccine with oxtail ragu. The octopus was amazing. Speaking of which, the fettuccine was undersalted, but the oxtail was already seasoned, which was nice. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

10/10/2025: My partner and I had booked this restaurant well in advance on the advice of the Routard. We were very disappointed! However, everything started well: the restaurant is well located, the decor is nice, and the person who welcomed us was rather friendly. Things went downhill from there. When it came time to order, I informed the waiter that it was stated in the Routard that if we showed this guide, we were entitled to a free aperitif. Is this what made our experience so unpleasant? The waiter still brought us our two glasses. Then, he was very rude, practically throwing our plates on the table without looking at us and without a word. Regarding the food, we were rather disappointed given the rave reviews we had read. The starters were disappointing, and the pasta was quite good, but the quantities were not very generous for a rather high price. We didn't want to have dessert given the unfriendly service. In short, a big disappointment!

03/10/2025: We spent a week in Rome and stumbled upon this fantastic burger restaurant. The burgers are prepared with love and passion, which is very hard to find. A unique opportunity that you absolutely must take advantage of in Rome! We went there three times to try as many varieties as possible. 4.8 stars is unfortunately an understatement; we would love to give it 10 Stars. My recommendation is the Smash Burger, it's the best I've ever tasted.

14/10/2025: We discovered it completely by chance—and what luck! Authentic, delicious food, home-style cooking, and prices that absolutely match what's on offer. We're extremely satisfied and enjoy eating such excellent food outside of Rome. Highly recommended! 🍷🍝🇮🇹

14/10/2025: When you have time, you must go to experience the flavors of Roman cuisine as it once was. Everything is delicious, and courtesy is guaranteed.

19/10/2025: A dinner primarily based on meat, preceded by piadina and other appetizers. Very expensive, considering that on Wednesdays, meat is apparently 50% of the menu.

28/09/2025: Excellent menu and service. The risotto alone is worth the price of admission. Extra points for elegant background music and paper menus (all too rare; too many otherwise good restaurants these days play awful generic club music and force diners to scan QR codes to look at tiny menus on phones). My one complaint: While the service is highly professional, the last time I was here, they were cleaning tables with smelly cleanser while patrons were dining! The smell of cleanser was mixed with the smell of food! This is a rookie mistake and should never happen in good restaurants. I hope the manager will fix this problem immediately, because this is a big red flag at an otherwise excellent restaurant.
