A wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The decor and ambiance were also very intimate and romantic.

A wonderful discovery! The neighborhood might not seem like much at first glance, but once you step inside, you enter a completely different world. The setting is truly refined, with an elegant design and an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The menu is excellent, with well-prepared and delicious dishes. Special mention also goes to the professional and friendly service, which greatly enhances the experience. This place is definitely worth a visit!

The Spaghettoro Fume' Verrigni alla Nerano, beef cheek on sweet potato cream with crispy leek, and Crispy Selvaggio dishes were excellent. The service exemplified the high standards typical of many restaurants in Rome. I sampled the tiramisu and cheesecake and would highly recommend both.

24/04/2026: A refined restaurant in Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the port, with a veranda overlooking Lake Bracciano. I recommend starting the meal with an excellent glass of Prosecco from the Sutto winery, served at the perfect temperature, accompanied by their fantastic, fragrant bread, made exclusively for them and served fresh from the oven. Follow with the Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti with clams and perfectly creamed bottarga! The sea bass fillet in "acqua pazza" (crazy water) and the Roman-style artichoke, with that perfect hint of mint, overlooked by many lazy and superficial restaurateurs, are also unforgettable. The owner, Mr. Diego, has created an excellent wine list, always ready to suggest the perfect pairing for your food. Lastly, a special mention goes to the highly knowledgeable waiters, always polite and attentive, but not intrusive!
