I've eaten here three times, both for lunch and dinner, during excursions to Subiaco. Delicious food, perfectly adequate portions! Helpful and friendly staff! Their homemade ravioli, strozzapreti, and fantastic cod are all fabulous! Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant, and the restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming. As for the food, what can I say? From the first bite, you immediately realize the ingredients are locally sourced and high-quality, NOT supermarket junk. Everything was delicious, from the mixed antipasto with fresh local vegetables and cheeses, made that morning (as the waiter told us), to the first course (we had tagliolini of the day with vegetables and guanciale and fettuccine with white pork ragù), and the second course (I'd never tried pork pluma before, and I have to say, their way of making it is exceptional). Plus, the value for money was truly incredible! But now for the highlight: the service. The waiters who served us were so polite and kind, as well as professional, that I'd call it EXCELLENT! It's hard to find this kind of dedication and attention to detail in a restaurant setting.
My compliments, I'll definitely be back!
