Delicious food, friendly service, but a rather dated setting. As a downside, I would note that they do not offer a small bottle of wine here. When there is only 1 drinking person at the table, this is important. To pay by card, you have to get up from your table and go to the register.

Restaurant with homemade Italian cuisine near Piazza Navona. It is a very spacious place decorated with a classic character.
Very good preparation of the dishes, very tasty food.
It is an "elegant" restaurant and the prices are consistent with this...that is, they are medium-high prices.

My wife and I dined at Virginiae during our extended weekend in Rome following a Viking Ocean Cruise this past November. We started with carbonara and lasagna. Then we shared braised beef and potatoes, topped off by tiramisu. Our meal was very good.

Ho sempre paura di provare ristoranti in centro a Roma ed invece questo locale è la prova che si può mangiare molto bene anche in zone centrali anche pagando il giusto. Silvano è un padrone di casa disponibile e molto educato che ci è venuto incontro per qualsiasi richiesta. Tutte le portate sono state davvero ottime con alta qualità delle materie prime! Super consigliato!
