Every year when I come to Ristorante Virginiae, I look forward to it all over again.
The food is simply incredibly delicious – authentic Roman cuisine, bursting with flavor and prepared with so much love. The ravioli and artichokes, in particular, are always an absolute highlight.
On top of that, there's a fantastic, relaxed, and easygoing atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. Everyone is warm, friendly, and cheerful – you can tell right away that they work with passion. A very special thank you to Silvano for his good humor, his good cheer, and above all, his attentive service 😊

We ordered a bottle of white wine (from Lazio), Caprese salad, Cacio e Pepe, and gnocchi. It seemed they didn't have wine by the glass.
Everything was delicious. The portions were generous, and my husband and I were completely full.
The staff were all very kind, and they responded positively when we spoke to them in the Italian we'd just learned.
Service and atmosphere were nice. Pasta was pretty good overall.

Very kind and attentive service, great wine list, food was delicious and you can tell it’s made with care. Oven roasted lamb, veal shank were the big hits. Really enjoyed our dinner!

Great carbonara and attentive staff.
The tiramisu was good, but not as amazing as the carbonara.
A bit pricey, but given the location, that's to be expected.
