Tagliolini al tartufo nero e risotto di ottima qualità. Vini di diverse regioni e cantina ben fornita. Dolci dello chef, artigianali e molto in linea con la qualità dei prodotti serviti. In chiusura un ottimo Rum giamaicano invecchiato 30 anni.

11/03/2025: Trendy place! I went to this place in Velletri for a birthday party. Location, lots of stuff, a terrace with a glass window overlooking a square, a well-kept and clean environment, frequented by many young people. Some good combinations on the starters (chickpea cream soup with mushrooms), good picanha... TOP wine cellar... not very low prices... still worth trying.

17/04/2025: Awesome service. Some of the food served were great. Was quiet salty overall. Heavy oil, a lot of deep fried food. Had a lot of cream or dairy product. If you are lactose intolerant, better bring your lactase with you. Some interesting combinations of food. Loved the prawn, the rice, and the kebab squid. Had a pickle sorbet. If you love pickle you might enjoy it, otherwise… Many dishes taste very fishy. The taste is not proportional to the price. There’s a crème brûlée made with mentaiko that’s a bit indescribable, and fermented tuna hearts served with buttered bread…

10/04/2025: At the very first, I’m writing this review based on a Michelin 2 stars restaurant standard and comparing it to all the restaurants that I’ve been that that ever received a Michelin star. Courses: I ordered the 7 course tasting menu. Pros: 1. The starters that are not on the menu are amazing. 5 ⭐️ 2. The first and the second courses are good. I will give a 4.5 ⭐️. 3. When we say we don’t like the third course, one server with a mustache kindly asked and prepared a new dish for us. 4. I emailed saying that it’s for a birthday celebration and they prepare a cake with candle. Cons: 1. Too much breads and carbs. We are already full when it comes to the third course. 2. The third course comes with two parts. The first part is on a piece of bread and the second part is a creative presentation of Kebab. This dish is a disaster. Like I said, we are already full when it comes to the third dish but it is still on a bread that is too big. Also the idea of serving squid “sashimi” on a bread is weird. It does not match. The second part is what I call disaster. It’s a saltily grilled fat — or at least it tastes like fat. My partner cannot even stand the idea of putting it in the mouth. I finished half of it so that I can give an honest tasting review. It comes with pickle and sour cream to even the saltiness but it’s not enough. 1 ⭐️(To be fair they prepared a new course to make it up. Even though the make up dish is pretty and creative, the taste is mediocre. I appreciate the attitude still.) 3. The fourth course is Spaghetti with sea urchins. The sea urchins are delicious. But the Spaghetti is undercooked. It’s hard and teeth sticky. When I said so to the server, I was told that it is supposed to be this way. I have cooked and tried Spaghetti from Italian restaurants around the world a million times in my life and I know it’s undercooked. I don’t want to be explained that it’s supposed to be this way. If so, I would say I expected a much more creative way from a Michelin 2 stars restaurant when preparing a Spaghetti dish, instead of cooking it to 80% and told customer that it’s supposed to be like this. 1⭐️ 4. The fifth course is Elica pasta and it is, as the servers said, more cooked. I am especially amazed that they can precisely control how much the pasta is cooked. If the third course is cooked 80% and this one is definitely cooked 85%. 2⭐️ 5. The dessert is a cauliflower ice cream which is icy, like it was frozen in the fridge for a long time. From a Michelin 2 stars restaurant I would expect it to be at least soft. 2⭐️ 6. There is one last dessert that is red bean on top of a soft cracker with ice cream beneath. Couldn’t say what it was and it’s weird for this sort of combination. 7. At the end the servers are rushing us to finish the course so I gave a three stars. 8. Atmosphere is 4 but actually as someone whose eyes are sensitive to bright lights, the lights are too bright.

04/04/2025: Very satisfied with the cake! Everyone liked it and especially the birthday boy. I personally found the price a little high, but it's worth it because it has an artisanal flavor. A little difficult to park sometimes, but there is a good turnover of people so if you don't go at peak times you will find the spot directly under the pastry shop.

28/03/2025: Simple and hospitable, they gave us food after hours, leaving us amazed by their kindness. If you pass by, stop by, it's not far from the highway, it's worth it.

12/04/2025: They overcharged us for wine that we did not order and refused to correct our bill. The cashier was very unfriendly and we ended up paying 16 euros more than we should have. Beware, if they do this to everyone it would really add up. I am going to dispute this overcharge with my credit card company. They brought a different wine to our table than we ordered, and it was more expensive. I told the waiter, and he took it away and brought the correct wine that we ordered. When we received our bill the wrong more expensive wine was charged on the bill not the wine that we actually drank. The wrong wine was never opened at our table nor was it tasted by us. The fact that the owner is making false accusations and not resolving the issue when presented shows a lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Also, this could have been an easy resolution by retrieving the 2 empty wine bottles. But his refusal to rectify this small issue demonstrates the lack of concern for his patrons. This is not good business practice.

11/04/2025: If I could give 10 stars I would! Incredible food and Incredible staff. Half of our group was celiac and they could make any menu item gluten free!!

13/04/2025: I'm so impressed in the quality of the items sold in this pizzeria! I had an arancini that was to die for *the eggplant parm*, pizza! And a decant cannoli over 2 days.. the food is amazing! The staff! So kind, efficient and very helpful.. Will be back..

16/03/2025: Prices not commensurate with the quality and no transparency. I think it is morally obligatory to have transparency in knowing what you spend. My wife and I, 2 people, 3 pieces of pizza and 6 pieces of arancini and other things taken away for the family to taste, total cost of €46. Back home, supplì filled with sour aubergines, omelette stuffed with terrible carbonara. Small place to eat on site, if you want to stop, take it into account.

30/03/2025: Hi, tonight I came to you for the first time. I had a supplì aglio e ojo that I had never tried in any other pizzeria and it was very good. Then 2 pieces of pizza with chicken salad that was delicate and very digestible. Friendly staff and cheap prices. I will definitely come back to visit you.

13/04/2025: Cena in terrazza, location stupenda, servizio top, cibo eccellente, purtroppo frequentato da ragazzini maleducati che fumano in faccia alla gente ( anche se consentito dalla legge ma comunque discutibile perché la terrazza era quasi completamente chiusa da tende e vetri ), non accettabile dalla direzione una situazione così sgradevole. Non bastasse questo dopo la mezzanotte entra gente come un bar qualsiasi che fuma anche i sigari nonostante noi stessimo ancora cenando. Voto alla direzione per l’organizzazione 2 !!! Saluti.

06/04/2025: Food is tasty. The lady who brought you to your table is not friendly (all other staff are nice and friendly). View is ok. Book in advance to avoid drama at the entrance. Rooftop bar opens at 11.15pm and do not offer service (you have to clean your table and bring your glasses by your own).
