16/07/2025: Torniamo in questo locale nei pressi del Pigneto. L' accoglienza è cortese e professionale. Veniamo fatti accomodare ad un piacevole tavolo esterno. Proveremo patate chips (9/10), tagliata irlandese su pietra ollare (semplicemente eccezionale, 10/10), peperoni arrosto (8/10), dolce ai tre cioccolati (9/10). Il prezzo è assolutamente corretto e ben descritto sullo scontrino fiscale. Davvero consigliato, Mr Manzo è da anni semplicemente il top a Roma. Il suo segreto? Carni sceltissime e grande scelta tra carni, pasta e pizza. Davvero bravissimi.

05/07/2025: Unfortunately, although it is quite good, in summer with this heat not having air conditioning is really a minus, we even made sure by asking if there would be one but it wasn't working once we were there and honestly dying of heat even when you eat outside is not exactly the best.

04/07/2025: Maybe it was because we had a particularly hot evening and the air conditioning wasn't working (luckily there were fans), but in addition to the already oppressive heat, the slow service also added to the mix. I'll just say that we sat down at 8:40 pm and the appetizer arrived after 9:30 pm. Then another hour of waiting (still in the sticky heat) for the first course and a little less for the final steak. And to say that the place, being a midweek day, wasn't particularly busy. I would draw a veil over the appetizer: a mix of canteen-style cold cuts... The first course was much better, the carbonara was really good (compliments to the chef), to finish with the flagship of this restaurant: the steak. Good, medium cooking and very tasty. Too bad about everything else...

24/06/2025: The place is well-kept, clean and furnished in a nautical style, there are internal rooms and an external space, the waiters are attentive to the needs of the customer and friendly. The food is well plated, good in taste and beautiful to look at. The fish is fresh and you can feel the quality. It is in all respects a fish restaurant, so nothing is cheap. The portions are not abundant, as in every place that prides itself on having reached a certain level, the prices go up and the portions decrease. If you really want to eat, it takes between 50 and 60 euros per person, plus wine. I recommend it for those who love well-cooked fish and who can spend certain amounts.

20/05/2025: TOP restaurant. Fish, meat, pasta, pizza.. tasted almost everything on the menu. Every dish was perfectly finished. In a very cozy neighborhood at very good prices. Price / quality: 10/10. The service was great. The chef super friendly. To all people who would read this review, don't hesitate, just do it. One of the best restaurants where I have ever eaten. Fantastic!! We went on vacation for 5 days to visit Rome and this experience gave our vacation an extra dimension. Indescribably delicious. 🔝 👌

28/06/2025: The regular pizza is excellent, topped as it should be. The gluten-free pizza is also excellent, very similar to the regular one.

27/06/2025: I recently went to Pizzeria Caroli 1969 in Pomezia with my wife and daughter and I was really satisfied. The quality of the dough is the first strong point: light, digestible and available in many variations (gluten-free, wholemeal, spelt, vegan, etc.), which is very rare to find in the area. The pizza is well-seasoned, cooked to perfection and with fresh ingredients. I also really appreciated the attention given to those with intolerances or who follow particular diets: my daughter was finally able to eat a delicious gluten-free pizza, without sacrificing taste. Even the fried foods were crunchy and light. The staff is courteous, helpful and very attentive to customer needs. The environment is simple but well-kept, and despite it being full, the service was fast and friendly. Only note: the place is not very big, so I recommend booking especially on weekends. Prices are average for the quality offered. We will definitely be back!

16/06/2025: There's always a long line, but it's worth it. Even if you notice that the cup that holds the ice cream may be small... they give you a piece of ice cream, and it's delicious. It's worth the wait.

15/06/2025: This is the real authentic gelato not the piled high tourist trap gelato. I had the pistachio and crema was amazing also got the strawberry and lemon. Will be bake to try the bakery options as well.

31/03/2025: A good place come on! Generous portions, average prices. Very good frying. The first one (clams and artichokes) didn't satisfy me at all. (the artichoke wasn't fresh and you can still find tasteless, washed-out clams today). If I had taken something else maybe I would have been 100% satisfied. I have eaten better pasta with clams than this one but nevertheless we can say that it is a good place and the food is good. There was a lot of choice. Must try!
