Ninkasi In Frascati

Newly owned restaurant between Rome and Frascati. We'd heard about the delicious pinsa at a party, so we decided to try their food as well. The place is cute, well-maintained, and clean. It offers indoor seating and a terrace for the summer, which they close when the temperatures are lower. The owner is hospitable and up to the task. Everything is fantastic... from the appetizers to all the main courses. Here you can try simple and sophisticated dishes: cured meats, Roman-style tripe, beans with pork rind, chickpeas with truffle, tagliolini with blueberries, mushrooms, and bacon, all delicious and tender meat, and homemade desserts. ... The customer service is excellent, but what struck me most (being allergic to milk) is their attention to food intolerances... Here you can find dishes made with non-dairy cream!!! What can I say? We tried it three times and it wasn't enough... We'll be back often! I highly recommend it.

Very pleasant intimate place, peaceful and quiet atmosphere

Welcoming place, friendly staff, Quality in every dish. We ate excellent steaks and a tasty tagliolini with artichokes and bacon. The outdoor veranda with its imperial table is beautiful, also ideal for family lunches or birthday parties. Excellent value for money.

This is my third time at this restaurant. All three times, I've come on holidays (usually, the food isn't that great on holidays with set menus) and I've always had a great time. Excellent food, perfect portions, a quiet atmosphere, and quick service. The dishes aren't predictable, rooted in tradition and seasonality, but with a touch of innovation. It has a large private parking lot, and if it's full, there's another one across the street. I'll definitely be back again.

Abundant and varied Apricena, well-kept and modern environment, courteous service

Excellent experience. Friendly and efficient service. Excellent food. The only drawback is the lack of draft beer, despite the presence of several inactive taps from the previous management. I had hoped there would also be a good selection of draft beer. But the dinner was still good, even with bottled beer.

Everything was delicious, classic dishes paired with unique dishes (I had an excellent pasta with blueberries, porcini mushrooms, yellow cherry tomatoes, and crispy bacon 😎) The staff is extremely kind and courteous, and welcomes customers with a smile.

Dinner with friends, well-kept and clean place, excellent service, we had appetizers, very tasty, 2 different first courses, excellent and a fillet with green pepper, very tender and delicious, it makes us come back.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It's easy to get to and is suitable for families with children. The food was excellent, with all dishes available gluten-free. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
