We tried this place two years ago for a Communion. We were guests, and the quality of the various dishes we tasted was immediately apparent. This evening we were able to try this place again and sampled both Roman and Sicilian cuisine, thanks to the Sicilian-born chef. All I can say is: exceptional! Especially the STIMPIRATA, a Sicilian dish made with tuna and seasoned with top-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Rome.

Our entire experience was truly wonderful! We arrived at 6 pm, and at that time, they only serve aperitifs on the terrace. You have to wait until 6 pm to get a main course and be seated inside. The €15 aperitif menu is a really great deal; it was more than enough for us, and we had fabulous desserts. The service was impeccable, with everyone smiling! If you're looking for a place in the neighborhood, don't hesitate! 😊

A simply incredible meal. Every single thing was amazing. Stand outs we're the pasta, risotto, lamb chops, cod, and the most unique and outstanding vegan "steak" I've ever eaten. Our server was also a stand out, she had a wonderful personality and was so helpful. We very highly recommend making a reservation and coming here for dinner.

This evening I had the pleasure of dining with some friends at Mastro Giorgio restaurant to try Roman cuisine revisited with a gourmet twist, and I must admit it was a truly excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff was very professional and friendly. I tried various appetizers, including eggplant parmigiana, zucchini flowers, mozzarella, tonnarelli with pecorino and chicory, and desserts: all dishes were excellently prepared and rich in flavor. I honestly couldn't choose which was the best, because they were all truly delicious. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, absolutely fair for the quality offered. This is a restaurant I will certainly return to and one I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine, but with a modern and refined touch. .
