Friendly staff and tasty, simple dishes and drinks.

People like me love to get lost in a restaurant with a great menu, good food and exceptional service that doesn't beg for tips or expect their patrons to add a tip to their bill when paying. That's my only complaint to this place. Everything else was exceptional. The focaccia bread was delicious, the pasta and everything in between. If it wasn't the cashier, we would have returned night after night. But there are plenty of locals that enjoy meeting up and drinking with food. It's a charming place to go to and we enjoyed it.

The atmosphere and staff are very nice, but the quality-price ratio is disproportionate. The cheese platter wasn't worth €16, either in terms of presentation or quantity. The same goes for the focaccia, which was very, very small for €14. Overall, I found it a bit touristy.

The platter was a bit sparse, but everything else was perfect, and the selection of bottles was excellent. The service was good.

Just steps from Piazza Cavour and the Adriano Cinema, Lumière Prati is much more than a simple bistro. From breakfast to aperitivo to after-dinner drinks, amidst soft lighting, colorful lamps inspired by the golden years, and a warm atmosphere, Lumière offers organic teas and coffees, homemade desserts, fresh and select dishes, cocktails, and live music. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Very basic, gnocchi was almost palatable, 3 tiny bits of bacon and loads of fat , garnish needed for real flavour. Burger was just OK Suggest drinks only at this place. Staff lovely .

Nice place just steps from Piazza Cavour. The pastries were good, but the wait was biblical. It took about 40 minutes to get served.

I've been a customer of this place for a while; I work just steps away and occasionally come for lunch. The staff is always kind, courteous, and helpful, and the food is truly excellent. This is precisely why I was disappointed today. I had asked for a focaccia with a little prosciutto. They specified that the prosciutto would be served separately and not directly on the focaccia, which I understand, given that the focaccia is cut into small slices. What I didn't find fair, however, was that I was charged for a whole plate of prosciutto, worth €15, when the request was simply to add a little prosciutto to the focaccia. It must have been 100-150 grams on the plate, which equates to €150 per kilo. I'm mentioning this because I've always been satisfied, and I believe that greater clarity on the costs would have avoided this unpleasant misunderstanding.

Young and friendly atmosphere; home made pastas; traditional cuisine with a touch of new. I recommend this Bistrot for breakfast, lunch or aperitivo and dinner.

Lovely cafe with great atmosphere, food and service. Had a nice breakfast there with locals and tourist mix. Highly recommend for and easy going roman morning.
