It is difficult to rediscover the authentic flavors of one's homeland for a woman from Bari who lives in Rome. I found some of them in Filodilatte. The cured meats, focaccias, panzerotti, friselle and desserts are delicious. The onion calzone and stracciatella could be improved. However, it is a relaxing, peaceful environment. The gazebo and the internal layout are beautiful. The staff is kind, friendly and tries to satisfy customers' needs. I will definitely come back.

It's my favorite place, near home, to have both an aperitif and dinner. The chefs are excellent and the owner and waiters are friendly.

Crazy wine and food (the meatballs with onion and primitivo were a standing ovation), excellent prices, super nice and friendly service. I will definitely come back even if I'm not from the area at all, I had a wonderful evening :) thank you

La Puglia che ti ruba il cuore. Locale accogliente, cibo e vino di prima qualità, servizio impeccabile. Filodilatte ormai è una garanzia. Bravi ragazzi continuate così.

Scoperto per caso e per necessità, questo posticino è da provare! Sapori di puglia proposti con semplicità, originalità e cura. A due passi dalla metro Furio Camillo, è comodo per posizione e per modo non impegnativo di consumazione : non un ristorante, ma il gazebo coperto fornisce un riparo dove sedersi in tranquillità Bravi!

Cucina pugliese tradizionale. Incredibilmente buona! Provate il panzerotto! Il mio prefetito e' il piu' semplice.. mozzatella e pomodoro... fantastico!

31/03/2024: Per il giorno di Pasqua abbiamo pranzato al ristorante la Stella a Colleferro. Che dire, davvero un ottimo pranzo pasquale , c'era a scelta tra il menu fisso super abbondante con pietanze di alta qualita' , oppure alla carta. Io e mia madre abbiamo optato per il fisso, abbiamo gradito tutto dall'antipasto super abbondante al dolce freschissimo, mia sorella ha scelto alla carta , ha preso tra l'altro una ottima bistecca alla brace tenerissima. Rapporto qualita prezzo eccezionale. Siamo usciti sazi e felici per aver passato un bellissimo pranzo di Pasqua in famiglia coccolati dal titolare Alessandro e tutto lo staff preparato e gentile malgrado il locale fosse affollato. Complimenti davvero, torneremo molto volentieri, Fabrizio M.
29/03/2024: Evening with friends with fixed menu dinner and live music. Huge place spread over two large rooms. Very popular with truck drivers, a sign of excellent value for money. In fact, the dinner was excellent, appetizer of cold cuts, pasta with spectacular ragù, Arista in red wine with very good baked potatoes, water and wine... All for 25 euros... in Rome you can eat a pizza. It has large grills for meat, worth trying next time.
