WaFu Sushi In Roma

My favorite all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant in Rome. Everyone I take there is never disappointed, even though it's different from the average ayce restaurant you'll find around. It offers many traditional Japanese dishes beyond sushi; the nigiri, sashimi, and rolls are much more faithful to authentic Japanese cuisine; the quality of the fish is excellent and the cuts are truly exquisite. The price isn't much higher than average, although the quality and care taken in preparing each dish is second to none. Plus, you can skip Youth and order à la carte or with special menus that allow you to eat as if you were at an izakaya (Japanese restaurant). I found many traditional dishes I haven't found anywhere else, and that really excited me.

This is a hidden gem in San Lorenzo. The food was really yummy. If you are craving delicious, fresh sushi, skip the lines at Yes Food and come to this quaint spot. Amazing chef!

Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The place is very nice and the service excellent. I'll definitely be back! The quality/price ratio is also good.

My son was craving sushi. We were in the area, and Google suggested the closest ones. We chose Wafu Sushi. Upon entering, you immediately notice a welcoming and clean environment. I let the others order for me, too. And even though I'm not a big fan, for the first time I ate and tried almost everything. Everything was good. The dishes you eat with your eyes first. I went for dinner on a Sunday evening, and it was a real shame to see the place empty. Perhaps the Romans were on a day trip, or perhaps they were preparing for the following week and didn't feel like going out. The waiter was a very helpful young man. I sat at a spacious table on a wide sidewalk. The sushi was made with "homemade" rice that wasn't rubbery, but had the flavor of the grains, just like the ones you make yourself. Every piece I ordered was incredibly soft and seemed almost creamy; I could truly say they melted in my mouth. For just under forty euros, I paid for the all-you-can-eat option, plus drinks and cover charge. The noodles with the salmon pieces are a must-try: I could taste every single spice, aroma, and seasoning—an explosion of flavors!

Very nice food and excellent service. The gyozas specially were very delicious! Good value for money!

Simple, old-fashioned sushi, but good. It's all-you-can-eat with a reservation on the menu, and not all the dishes arrived. Limited selection of tartare or sashimi. Despite having limited seating and not being one of the usual giant sushi restaurants, they don't allow you to change menus at the same table. I wasn't feeling well when I went, and I asked for the courtesy of an à la carte menu just for me, but since the other table members had chosen the all-you-can-eat menu, they didn't accommodate me. The tables are uncomfortable, and the interior is small.
