01/12/2025: I can't comment on the food because we didn't even eat.
We politely walked in to ask if there was a table available and were practically kicked out, saying there was no room. THE PLACE WAS ALMOST EMPTY and THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. We asked if we could at least reserve a table for a later hour and were told it wasn't possible as they didn't accept reservations.
There are many ways to do it, but I wouldn't eat there just because of the rudeness.
30/11/2025: One of the best carbonaras I've ever had! I discovered this restaurant by chance, and I hope to return soon. The food is truly delicious. 💘

Margherita delivered in 5 minutes, served with the kindness of someone who knows their stuff. 10 full. Guaranteed.

30/09/2025: Ivan & Fabrizio know how to run this little restaurant just steps from the sea with great skill. They offer lots of creative ideas in their dishes, and host many lovely evenings with a fixed menu... always top-notch!
30/08/2025: A very well-kept place, yet without being overly pretentious. Friendly and helpful staff. Traditional dishes are revisited without overdoing it, but with a touch of originality and class. The gnocchi with scampi cream and coconut milk are particularly noteworthy: truly delicate and excellent. The fried food is dry and plentiful, and there are delicious appetizers, including the Ascoli olives with amberjack instead of minced meat. The portions are adequate and the prices are more than fair for the quality, beautifully presented. Last but not least, the restrooms are always clean.

16/12/2025: Discovered after a museum visit, an intimate corner of Rome even though it's right in the center. Excellent service, warm hospitality, and a refined menu, including vegetarian options.
I will definitely return on future trips to Rome.

07/12/2025: We had lunch on Sunday with the family, the food was average for an all you can eat restaurant... we came in at 1.30pm and left at 3pm... if you have time they will bring you the dishes you ordered sooner or later... otherwise you will only have the buffet.
06/12/2025: Excellent, elegant Japanese restaurant. Excellent wagyu beef. Highly selected ingredients. Reasonable prices, though not cheap, but fair for the quality offered.

13/11/2025: I've been several times and always had a great dinner. I've tried the fried food, the pinzas, and a few weeks ago, the pasta dishes.
The pumpkin risotto is delicious.
The vegetarian appetizer is varied and delicious.
The atmosphere is welcoming, albeit small; I recommend making a reservation. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I'll definitely be returning here again and again!

28/08/2025: When you go for a walk, a run, or just to breathe in the fresh air... it's almost a must, even a pleasure, to stop at the Bar della Pineta. It's a historic and traditional place where you can enjoy cold drinks, aperitifs, delicious sandwiches, or a delicious breakfast.
Worth a visit.
