02/04/2025: Bella esperienza culinaria tipica lontano dai percorsi turistici Ragazzi giovani e intraprendenti che rispettano la tradizione della cucina romana. Pulito ottimo servizio e porzioni abbondanti con prezzi molto interessanti Abbiamo mangiato una strepitosa carbonara e un ottimo piatto di saltimbocca. Nel tavolo a fianco servito un invitante cacio e pepe in una forma di pecorino Che dire: un po’ lontano dal centro ma vale la pena. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo

02/03/2025: Our experience at this place is not the best. Nothing to say about the quality of the food but very little quantity... Little choice of food. Small and poorly maintained environment. Among other things, in such a small room not even table service?? Hm... I don't think I'll come back again....

22/12/2024: You go through Etruscan villages and discover rustic and authentic groves. This is the case of Polly, a Cerveteran trattoria that has nothing to send to starred gastronomic addresses, with the offer of healthy, genuine and good cuisine, made up of dishes that go down well without interference of any kind. Mixed appetizer, spaghetti ajo ojo and chili pepper and white polenta with chicory and sausage opened the dance. Tripe, omelette and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdowns or hesitations. A shrewd and friendly white wine helped the assimilation of the dishes with the right courtesy while the stirrup glass cheered up the tufaceous environment, instilling joy and happiness in the diners. Economical and popular, friendly environment. Well done, we'll be back.

21/04/2025: Terrible experience! Even though we had advised by telephone of our delay of about an hour compared to the booking time and had apologised, the gentleman at the entrance (I think the owner) was very rude and disrespectful towards us, raising his voice and continuing to underline our delay even during lunch in front of other customers. If you don't like the work you do, forget it! We will definitely never return. We were disappointed.

15/04/2025: Quick dinner on a Wednesday evening. Fast service and very kind, helpful and smiling. Cozy environment even outdoors. We will be back, excellent flask and excellent cuisine, very seasoned. 1l water, bread, 2 first courses, 3 artichokes (Roman style and Jewish style), covered. Dinner for two people: €42

30/03/2025: Sono tornato in questo posto dopo anni. Me lo ricordavo come una trattoria. Posto completamente ristrutturato in ristorante moderno. Nulla a che fare con la trattoria di una volta. Di trattoria romana ha solo il nome. Mi ha colpito che di sabato alle ore 21 era praticamente vuoto, ora capisco perché. Non ci torno più. Qualità del cibo modestissima.

07/03/2025: A wonderful discovery, a restaurant that combines the great Roman tradition with some small, truly spot-on variations, with prices that are absolutely average. It's just a shame that it's not on the sea, but otherwise absolutely recommended!

25/11/2024: A stone's throw from San Pietro station. Excellent for takeaway, in good weather it is possible to consume on site. The fried foods are excellent, the pizzas are very good. Courteous and punctual service, ok price. Advised !!

18/04/2025: I arrived at the last moment and they were really friendly in welcoming me. The strips with parmesan were divine: soft, tasty meat and the dish was generous (I added the oil, it was excellent too!). What can I say... highly recommended!

16/02/2025: Siamo già stati 5 volte a prendere della pizza a taglio. Impasto leggero, digeribile e fragrante. Ottime le ripiene e soprattutto una ottima varietà, da quella con i porcini piccante, alla ripiena con insalata di pollo a salsiccia e friarielli!!! Consigliato!!!

17/04/2025: Piccolo ristorante situato vicino a San Pietro in cui si mangia molto bene. Il menù è vario e non c’è stata attesa. Personalmente raccomando di assaggiare la loro ottima Carbonara.
