What can I say? Everything was delicious. The salads are large and well-made! So many flavors to choose from. The accompanying focaccia was also very good. Highly recommended.

Excellent food and service, super friendly and welcoming with a great atmosphere. The waiters were very attentive and charming. We barely had to wait for our food and they even spoke our language. 10/10

07/08/2026: It's very difficult to find a restaurant in the area where you're served and revered like at Level 1. Top-notch food. People should have some knowledge of the restaurant industry before writing reviews. A place like this deserves 5 stars and more.
22/06/2026: What can I say? We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, the dishes were meticulously prepared. It's always a confirmation for us. The chef and the restaurant manager are truly top-notch. A special mention goes to the hostess, too, for her hospitality and sophistication.

17/05/2026: For coffee, this place is unbeatable in Rome. The staff is always on the move, the owner is austere, but okay. The location is also great, very convenient.
