03/05/2025: Pleasant place between San Giovanni and the Colosseum, it is very good to escape from the most crowded places with tourists. The terrace is large and quiet, inside it is also beautiful. Plus Giuseppe, the waiter, is very attentive and friendly and keeps the pigeons away! The spritzes are good and they give you some potatoes and peanuts on the side, a rare detail in Rome, although the price is like in any other tourist place (spritz €8).

01/04/2025: Encontré esta trattoria caminando al azar. Mucho más grande de lo que parece desde fuera. Lo primero que ves al entrar es el enorme horno de leña, luego notas el olor a pan fresco y carnes asadas. Estoy babeando mientras escribo esto. La primera vez que fuimos comimos la carbonara ('spaggo carbo' como dijo el camarero) ensalada y tiramisú, copa de vermentino. Excelente, y no caro. La segunda vez que fuimos, no tenían mesa disponible, inevitable con buenos restaurantes. La tercera vez, tuvimos carbonara de nuevo (mi paso - hijo) y yo tuve la papardela con ragu de venado. Golpeando. Frente a nosotros estaba la enorme mesa con la pata de jamón serano y todos los vinos locales. Dueño manejando el horno de leña, su esposa en la cocina, sus hijos esperando. El lugar estaba zumbando y no me sorprende. La mejor comida que he probado en Roma.

04/04/2025: Very clean and tidy. The pizza is light and cooked properly. Supplì and textbook potatoes. Many express dishes made on the spot and then next door is the historic Vitti. Excellent!

15/02/2025: The now renovated place is even more beautiful than before, the pizza is of the highest quality as are the dishes that come out of the TOP kitchen..., the staff is super friendly and welcomes you with a smile, the portions are generous at more than fair prices for this reason, during peak hours the place is full, (because it's wonderful), The girls at the counter are very fast!!

11/03/2025: Establishment of Forno products in Marino. Another synonym for "bread" here, in the Castelli gastronomy. The crouton is superb. On the new modern layout of the place...it's progress people! (But the master baker's "software" is historic and strong!)

24/01/2025: I already knew the location so I suggested it to my sister to celebrate her birthday. It was possible to take advantage of both the spectacular outdoor part by the pool, where we had the aperitif and the cake, and the internal part for dinner. Mrs. Paola followed the requests step by step, providing excellent advice, compliments to her and all the staff who gave us a wonderful evening. Excellent value for money.

05/03/2025: A reference for the neighborhood and beyond, a vast selection of beers on tap and in bottles or cans, the inevitable peanuts, a small but transversal selection of food, it also offers vegetarian and vegan options. The service is simple but attentive and the music played is often of excellent quality.

The service was warm and attentive, and the restaurant’s cozy, a delightful dining experience.

15/04/2025: If you pass by Pisoniano, you can't miss Trattoria Bacco: a place that smells of authenticity and tradition. We ate the best carbonara in Rome - creamy, tasty and above all made with love by Massimo, as only those who really know Roman cuisine can do. The atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, it almost feels like being at home. Special thanks go to our waitress, Vivien (I hope I spelled her name correctly), of a kindness and skill that is rare to find. Always smiling, attentive and professional, she made our lunch even more pleasant. If you are looking for a place to eat well, relax and feel pampered, Trattoria Bacco is the perfect choice. Be careful though...you might fall in love with the place! Thanks and see you next time!!!! SL

08/04/2025: My friends and I ordered pizzas for delivery. The pizza is thin Roman, well cooked, very good. The slightly slow delivery delayed 40 minutes and the price was decidedly too expensive

04/04/2025: Family dinner. A beautiful discovery. The service was fast even though we had all different pizzas and pastas. Excellent starters. Finally a supplì done well, in the breading, the interior and the frying. Giant cod, well fried and unsalted. Beautiful, abundant and tasty pasta dishes. The choice of furnishings is also beautiful. Really congratulations!

06/04/2025: Ero già stata in questa trattoria due anni fa e sono tornata molto volentieri. L'atmosfera è quella tipica dei locali frequentati da turisti ma anche dai romani, cibo tipico della tradizione di buona qualità e in quantità abbondante, personale cordiale e professionale, prezzi nella media. Vicino alle principali attrazioni di Roma, a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna... ci tornerò sicuramente al mio prossimo viaggio nella Capitale

03/04/2025: Simply extraordinary!!! The restaurant doesn't look like much when you walk in front of it, but don't let that stop you... The food is simply very good, and what can we say about the two waiters who put on a show during their service (guitar and singing included). We even came back the next day. Go there without hesitation.
