25/06/2025: Food was ok. Pizza was not impressive and pasta was very undercooked, well beyond being al dente. Some pasta was still raw. They do not serve wine by the glass either. I would probably go to the place next door instead for pasta and pizza.

25/06/2025: Short walk from the Colosseum so a great place to stop for lunch. Really good range of options on the menu at a good price. The pizza was delicious and very filling, my friend had the pasta and describes it as okay so the quality of the food may vary across the menu. Service was the highlight of the meal, our waiter was lovely and very helpful, would definitely visit again.

Best of all, they're super fresh! They make them right in front of you! You have a place to sit both inside and outside, and it has a restroom. I fell in love with this place. 08/05/2025: It's really very good, personally one of my favorites, if not my favourite, the ice cream is made with skill and passion, it doesn't just taste like sugar, in fact it's among the least sugary I've ever tasted, even the lactose-free flavors are exceptional, creamy, delicious, always in my opinion, but I wanted to take my wife to taste it and she ate two one after the other, fantastic.

08/05/2025: And here, dear ladies and gentlemen, words mean nothing. Excellency, there is no other way to describe what tasting the ice cream made my taste buds feel. Fantastic owners. This place only has one flaw: it is very small, it should be at least 400 square meters to be able to accommodate all of Rome in this fantastic experience. Absolutely worth trying.

20/06/2025: Found this irish pub walking through walking with my wife in the small streets of Civitavecchia . Went in and felt like family. The owner , Francesco, was very friendly. We spent a couple of hours talking and comparing some things with the 🇺🇸. It's absolutely a good place to visit. Ciao Francesco we'll see you some other time...

08/07/2025: I had some relatives from Salento try your pizza and fried food, and they were thrilled. They can't wait to go back. The staff is always very attentive to their needs and requests. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Reasonable prices and excellent food quality. Since it was Monday, we had no problem finding parking, and they immediately assigned us a table. A guarantee.

08/07/2025: It's become a regular. I'm a regular customer, and this pizzeria has never disappointed me. The fried foods and desserts are also excellent, especially the tiramisu. A welcoming place with plenty of seating and very helpful staff.

From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed into a space that perfectly blends modern elegance with earthy warmth — tall exposed timber ceilings, textured brickwork, sleek ambient lighting, and comforting air conditioning. The staff’s greeting was warm and professional. I was promptly seated and presented with the wine list and menu. Unfortunately, I couldn’t drink wine due to a minor head cold, but the staff’s suggestions and explanations were excellent. (As an Australian, I really appreciated the English — it made everything seamless.) I chose the “Glass Tasting Menu”, which you can tailor with substitutions from the vegetarian menu — the flexibility was very much appreciated. And the food? Absolutely unforgettable!! What truly sets Glass Hostaria apart is the attention to detail, the depth of flavour through different ingredients, and the creative uniqueness of every dish. I felt like there was a story being told by the kitchen …. And I was very happy to be included. The first appetiser and first course are eaten by hand, (I personally love this), a touch that draws you closer to the ingredients and sets the tone! (I should add, the remaining meals are eaten with cutlery). As the courses continued (and my waistline expanded…), the experience only got better. The Chef’s Pasta and the lamb were absolute standouts — dishes I’ll be dreaming about long after I leave Rome. Having dined at other Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and London, I can confidently say Glass Hostaria genuinely stood out. It’s not just technically excellent — it’s been a memorable experience…. And for me, that’s what dining should be! I wish we could return… but our journey continues. I sincerely hope we meet again. Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Vibe 10/10 Grazie mille per un’esperienza fantastica.

20/05/2025: We chose Eppy for my son's communion! Everything was perfect! Service, organization and food were all impeccable! The guests were very happy also because the children were pampered and had a lot of fun in their play area, which is also supervised by the fantastic and very patient girls, and they were able to relax! Fulvio was really veeeery patient in accommodating all my requests and we will never stop thanking him! I'm just sorry that I can only give 5 stars because he really deserves the best!

The welcome was pleasant, good platter of cold cuts and cheeses, interesting and refined selection of wines, but there are also options for beer lovers. I also had a lasagna made by a catering company that serves the place. I found it to be of good quality. The outside of the place is very nice.
