I'm pleased to review La Sabina Romana restaurant! Besides the beauty of the place and the dining room, we had a truly wonderful time and ate deliciously! We wanted to take some photos of the dishes, but we ate everything! Congratulations again! Thank you! See you next time!

I remembered it better... something's changed. At 1:50 PM we order the first courses... they ask us if we should order the second courses right away or later, taking our time... we decide later... the first courses arrive at 3:20 PM... we try to order the second courses immediately... but by then the grill was no longer available. What can I say... I was still hungry, the food was decent. The service was confusing. Let's see the bill now, hahahaha. P.S. I hadn't even finished writing this before they brought out a second course of suckling pig for everyone, free of charge. Thanks and I'm changing my review.

It's true that we arrived late (but I had warned them and that was fine with them), some things were missing from the menu and I chose the chicken which arrived undercooked inside (with visible blood).

Today I had lunch and I can say that I had a great time, they cook it well 😊 the French waitress who served was kind and professional, satisfied with her service, we will definitely be back, thank you ☺️

02/04/2026: A restaurant inside a wine bar with an excellent wine list. Tried it for lunch with local colleagues. The food is excellent and high-quality. We had spaghetti aglio olio and a hamburger with fries for lunch. It's usually best to book in advance as the place isn't particularly large. I highly recommend it.
09/12/2025: Excellent place for food, menu, and service. The wine selection is also excellent.
