15/07/2026: It's a very nice place, not overly large, but, in fact, comfortable. The food is good, the service is responsive, they don't let anyone relax while they eat. Every request is promptly fulfilled. Furthermore, very importantly, they have ample parking. The staff is always friendly, so I definitely recommend it. The only thing that didn't allow it to reach its peak is its location, between the Pontina and Spinaceto roads. I repeat, if it weren't for this, I would have given it five stars. Anyway, give it a try.

08/06/2026: An unforgettable day: perfection, care, and passion! We celebrated my son Riccardo's First Communion today at Casale del Gusto, and the experience was simply impeccable in every way. The venue is beautiful and meticulously designed, with the enormous added value of offering splendid rooms that can be reserved exclusively. We were an intimate group of 18, and having a space all to ourselves created an incredibly welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Here's what truly won us over: The decorations and scenography exceeded our expectations: The attention to detail in the decorations was extraordinary. A wonderful balloon arch and meticulously crafted decor showcased both the favors we had brought and the decorations provided by the venue. The photoshoot was practically perfect and in complete harmony with the rest of the decor. The exterior and the service: The aperitif was served outdoors, in the immaculately maintained garden with a pool and pergola. Despite the heat of the day, the venue was so well-managed that we had a wonderful time. The flow of guests inside was seamless, and the service was impeccable throughout the event. Excellent cuisine: The quality of the food exceeded our wildest expectations. We enjoyed two first courses, each more delicious and interesting than the last, and an excellent second course. The finale was memorable: a deconstructed millefeuille that was nothing short of exceptional. The real asset of the venue, however, is Tatiana, the owner. Her care, passion, and discreet yet attentive presence accompanied us throughout, making us feel pampered. We are absolutely happy and satisfied with having chosen Casale del Gusto for such an important day. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality, elegance, and a warm welcome!
