Last Wednesday I was in the SAN GIOVANNI - RE DI ROMA area of Rome, and after looking around from the outside, I decided to stop for pan pizza at this place, and I really enjoyed it! I had 3 or 4 toppings, and they were all very good, although the 4-cheese one was truly excellent! Both the person serving you at the counter and the pizza chef who made the pizzas were very friendly and polite! A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, WOULD RECOMMEND! BEST WISHES FROM PIERLUGI IN BOLOGNA

14/12/2025: Today was my first time at this Hostaria. The carbonara was superb, everything else was very good. The staff was attentive, the service was fast. The place is a little small, but that doesn't matter.... Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.

09/12/2025: The place is small but quaint. The owner was a little annoyed at first when taking our orders, but the waiters were very friendly. The bill was a bit high for what we ate. The food was good.

07/12/2025: Absolutely amazing Italian food. And the price is comparatively cheap. The service was okay, they were a bit slow and not very organised. After talking to the cooks, to praise their food, it became evident that they are from Nepal and Bangladesh.
We had Pizza Margherita and Paigiana di melzane (Eggplant with Mozzarella). Thanks so much to the great cooks!

Excellent selection of gins and tonics.
We also tried several items on the food menu, and I must say they were in keeping with the venue.

26/11/2025: Excellent vegetarian options, the best pizza by the slice I've ever tasted. Special fried foods: crispy and delicious. The staff is very fast and friendly.
15/11/2025: I have no complaints about the staff, who were very helpful. Unfortunately, I can't give the round pizzas more than two stars because they use pre-cooked industrial bases, so the pizza wasn't good. Also, the price is too high for a pre-cooked pizza (€7 for a Margherita).

04/12/2025: I've been looking for a restaurant where I can eat authentic Mexican cuisine for a long time, and I must say I finally found it. I went with a friend who was vacationing in that part of Central America, and he confirmed the quality of the traditional cuisine.
The cocktails and local beers are excellent.
03/12/2025: This is our second visit to La Cucaracha, and if we were pleasantly surprised the first time, this time they won us over. The place is small but cozy, and the atmosphere is traditional—we even had the privilege of listening to live music played with heart by two talented artists! The nachos are a must, but we also enjoyed the other dishes we tried (enchiladas, burritos, and quesadillas). Kudos to the staff and the kitchen, well done, and we'll see you next time 💚
