We had been to this restaurant even before it was listed as a 4-restaurant restaurant. We returned on Saturday, and I must say that the quality, but above all, the prices, remained unchanged. The food was top-notch, the Roman-style tripe was truly delicious! My 6-year-old daughter, after enjoying some cod fillet, some cacio e pepe, and a nice plate of gricia, also really enjoyed the tiramisu. Marcello is a true host, friendly, down-to-earth, a guarantee! Thanks for everything, and see you next time!

I discovered it by chance and couldn't stop going! The atmosphere is welcoming and the traditional dishes are delicious. Their Thursday gnocchi with oxtail sauce are amazing; I highly recommend trying them when they're available.

Very homey, just the way we like it! Carbonara to die for! Fantastic is an understatement...not to mention the lamb chops, divine! And then the dessert they made was delicious and light, believe me I'm not exaggerating! We will definitely be back! Impeccable service and everyone was very friendly and smiling, especially with my child! P.S. One observation I want to make, and I forgot: the information says everything is wheelchair accessible, but that's not the case in the dining room and especially the bathroom...so if you could change the information, you're 100% happy. Thank you so much.

Intrigued by the fact that it won four restaurants, it was our first stop on our trip to Rome.
The atmosphere is convivial, without too many frills, and typical of a Roman inn, so welcoming and "Romana via."
The dishes included fried zucchini flowers, Roman-style tripe (very good), gricia, and carbonara, which did not disappoint.
With half a liter of wine, water, and a bitter, the bill was fair at €55.00.
Reservations are required because it's not very large but it's also very popular.
I highly recommend it to lovers of rustic and traditional environments.
