Just had my lunch here at the rooftop at Ambrosia. I was a little unsure, traveling alone, and only being able to reserve for 2. No reason for concern, Vito took excellent care of me. When I was going to order, he asked enough questions to understand my palate and appetite. The steak was TERRIFIC - served over a bed of spinach and a small serving of roasted potatoes. So very satisfied with my choice to eat at the hotel before heading out for the day. The wonderful music and sunshine to accompany my wine also helped round out my experience.

The food, wine, and service were all incredible. Truly one of the best places we tried in Rome. Nicole recommended everything for us and every single suggestion was amazing. The wine pairings were excellent, and the staff made the whole experience even better. 100% recommended.

A very stylish and cool location overlooking the rooftops of Rome! A small but exquisite menu with innovative and delicious dishes, offering excellent value for money. A lovely bar on the terrace and highly competent service. Definitely a top recommendation for an upscale dinner in a fantastic atmosphere!

We celebrated my birthday with my family, and everything was just what I wanted. The welcome from Lacra, the waitress, was exemplary. She was courteous, attentive, and even affectionate. The service and food were excellent. The terrace where we cut the cake was beautiful. The quality/price ratio was right. I highly recommend it.
