A place with a beautiful panoramic view, which alone is worth a visit, and what's more, the food is excellent, with a wide selection and home-style cuisine, which is highly appreciated. The welcome and service are a bit formal and precise for first-time visitors, and more informal once you get to know them a little better. I also noticed the staff were very polite. The outdoor veranda, with its shade and cool breeze, makes you want to stay longer during this time of year.

The food is perhaps like what we'd make at home, but it's good, very good. The service is like being at home again: friendly and welcoming. Some of the tables outside offer a beautiful view of the valley. In short, at "Da Rischio," the only risk is eating and feeling good!

Yesterday, Alba and I went to Tolfa for the first time, a beautiful town with incredibly kind people. We then went to lunch at "Da Rischio" and found a place where the food was absolutely delicious... and everything. Thanks to Tolfa, thanks to the "Da Rischio" restaurant. Go there and you'll understand why we even ate there again the next day...

25/07/2026: Fabulous restaurant, impeccable and very kind service. We celebrated a graduation there in July and had a wonderful time! I recommend trying the Paccheri with monkfish and sea bream in a potato crust, with a side dish and fried calamari.
17/07/2026: A myriad of appetizers, original and well-prepared. The desserts are amazing!

The food and service were impeccable, but what really amazed us was the visit to the wine cellar. I can honestly say that I have never seen a wine cellar as fantastic as this one. We would like to thank you for the opportunity and the hospitality for showing us around this fascinating place. We wish you continued success in your work!
26/07/2026: A very elegant restaurant, the location is truly beautiful, and the lake view makes everything truly chic. The waiters are very attentive and courteous. We ate fish dishes and finished with a delicious dessert. Overall, we were satisfied, but given the same rather high prices, I'd prefer a different type of cuisine.
