The food is perhaps like what we'd make at home, but it's good, very good. The service is like being at home again: friendly and welcoming. Some of the tables outside offer a beautiful view of the valley. In short, at "Da Rischio," the only risk is eating and feeling good!

Yesterday, Alba and I went to Tolfa for the first time, a beautiful town with incredibly kind people. We then went to lunch at "Da Rischio" and found a place where the food was absolutely delicious... and everything. Thanks to Tolfa, thanks to the "Da Rischio" restaurant. Go there and you'll understand why we even ate there again the next day...

Excellent, traditional, informal trattoria with top-quality ingredients. Among the best in the area. For two, we started with a house antipasto (cured meats, cheeses, tripe, chickpeas, eggplant), followed by tagliatelle with asparagus, rabbit cacciatore, and a grilled steak with a side of sautéed vegetables. We finished with a dessert and two gentians. With a liter of wine and water, the bill came to €70, an excellent value. Genuine review.

A welcoming, family-friendly restaurant with a "homey" feel. The home-cooked cuisine is reminiscent of grandma's... authentic and tasty. The appetizers are highly appreciated, featuring typical dishes such as coratella, tripe, and homemade coppa. Delicious tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, top-quality mixed roast, wild chicory, and chips (peeled in the kitchen, not the ones from frozen bags). A taste of times gone by. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
