22/06/2025: A place that takes you back to the old days when going to a restaurant was a bit like entering the home of another family. Delicious food, Neapolitan pizza with a soft and tasty crust, a varied choice between classics and specialties, which satisfied both us adults and the little ones. Only positive words, and we hope to be able to visit you again!

15/05/2025: Local in the Corso Francia area managed by young and dynamic staff. Interesting food and wine proposal with a very well calibrated tasting menu that gives the possibility to taste the local cuisine from appetizer to dessert. Good wine list and excellent price for the quality offered. I will definitely return

14/04/2025: We opted for the surprise menu (€70 p.p). Super nice staff. We were also very well advised on the wine selection. Let's come to the food: it was super varied. There was pasta, risotto (best risotto of my life), pork belly, fish, tiramisu: everything was super delicious and I can only warmly recommend a visit. Thank you for this great evening!

12/07/2025: Near Grottaferrata but beneath the slopes of the splendid Rocca di Papa is the Il Papillon restaurant and pizzeria, which for years has been offering traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist. Renovated in its location and decor—rustic yet elegant—the restaurant welcomed us into a wonderful country farmhouse. It almost feels like the dining room of your own home, with tastefully arranged and chosen tables and chairs, as well as the table linens and the "mise en place" that I photographed because it was truly refined: from the fast and punctual service to the food... from the pizza to the grilled dishes, everything was perfect, but I'm not just saying this; I don't know the owner, so I'm speaking honestly, considering we happened upon a Friday evening and without a reservation! The quality-price ratio is excellent, the meat is top-quality, selected and portioned in front of the customer, including rare Kobe and Wagyu. The pizza is exceptional, with three doughs to choose from, classic whole wheat and thick, all top-quality ingredients and very generous... I recommend trying it, I'll definitely be back enthusiastically... I must say, a surprise in the Castelli Romani area. A strong point, in addition to both indoor and outdoor space, is also ample parking.

19/07/2025: I went here because some friends insisted on going here, while I would have preferred another pizzeria. It was a disastrous experience. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, we were greeted by a huge sign that read, "The POS doesn't work." The evening continued to get worse, the wait was exhausting, and the food mediocre (the fried foods were full of oil, and the pizzas were almost burnt). But the worst part was the rudeness of the woman I was later told was the owner's partner. When I called her to order another beer, she responded very rudely, saying, "Do you know the POS doesn't work?", as if to question whether we had the money to pay—crazy stuff! The evening ended "on a high note" when we asked for the bill, which was given to us verbally, strictly without a receipt. When we went to pay, my friends asked the owner for an explanation about the POS not working for a while and the receipt not being issued, but his partner immediately intervened, saying, "Come on, send them away, we have things to do!" At the end of the evening, my very embarrassed friends apologized to me for what had happened. but surely not even they would have imagined receiving such treatment, and we promised ourselves never to set foot in that place again.

04/07/2025: I have visited this pizzeria twice in the last two years and unfortunately both times I have had the same problem: the POS out of order. It is really frustrating to have to pay in cash, especially in an age where we are trying to use cash less and less. The quality of the food is good, but this inconvenience on the payment has made my visits less enjoyable. I hope they can fix this situation, because I would love to come back and enjoy a good meal without any problems.

04/06/2025: Da tempo ormai questa gelateria siciliana è diventata la mia tappa fissa dopo il lavoro. Situata in pieno centro a Roma, è il mio piccolo angolo di Sicilia dove ogni giorno posso concedermi una dolce fuga dalla routine. Dai gelati alle granite e cassate - tutti i prodotti artigianali sono semplicemente deliziosi: autentici, freschi e preparati con una cura che si sente ad ogni assaggio. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale, oltre alla bontà dei dolci, è l’attenzione riservata al cliente. Il proprietario e tutto lo staff accolgono sempre con un sorriso e una gentilezza rara. Ricordano le preferenze dei clienti, scambiano due parole con sincero interesse e fanno sentire ogni visita come un momento speciale. È molto più di una gelateria: è un luogo in cui mi sento a casa. Consigliatissima a chi cerca qualità, tradizione e un’atmosfera autenticamente calorosa nel cuore di Roma.

26/05/2025: As good Sicilians and neighbors of Piero Di Noto, we stopped by the Bar for a good ice cream and a greeting. We were welcomed very well by the staff and already prepared on the fabulous flavors of our Sicily, we also met the owner happy to see some locals. What can I say, artisanal ice cream and quality for the price that you don't find everywhere in the capital. Ad Maiora Mister Di Noto

19/06/2025: The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Via Ugo Ojetti, so it is accessible to people with disabilities, with an external and internal room, there is also a first floor but not accessible to people with disabilities. The furnishings do not seem sophisticated but instead prove to be of excellent taste. Good space between the tables. Already when you are welcomed, with the waiters, you can see the competence and quality of the people who work there. Excellent choices in the daily and fixed menu. The kitchen is visible, which is a plus. The food is of excellent quality and freshness, when you ask the staff for an explanation of what the various dishes are made of, they respond with courtesy and immediately. Reservations are recommended.
