Very good restaurant, excellent food, adequate prices but there is a problem: if they put fewer tables there would be a little more space to move around

First time in this historic restaurant in Grottaferrata, friendliness and courtesy are the first sensation, accompanied by excellent traditional cuisine and excellent table service.

A real tavern with original furniture and accessories. I returned to this restaurant that I frequented with my father and I found the same friendliness together with exquisite, excellent quality food. The numerous offers include homemade pasta and traditional Roman second courses.

Rustic place set in a sort of large cellar with hams hanging on large wooden tables, on several levels, very beautiful. Arrived and served immediately by a very kind young boy. The tables being very long are separated by large bouquets of flowers and you may find yourself with other people on the same table. Very very good and beautiful cooked and presented food. Coffee in a very particular cup accompanied by very welcome sweets offered by them. Average price high but justified by the whole context.

The nicest restaurant I've ever been to, the atmosphere of convivial and traditional cuisine pervades the air, together with the aromas of delicious and typical dishes and sauces of Roman cuisine, it's the second time I've come and we've always been satisfied with the experience!

Dall'esterno non si intuisce la peculiarità di questo locale che si svolge su più piani. Sembra una vecchia taverna arredata in stile rustico: padelle di rame, vecchi utensili di cucina, prosciutti, trecce di aglio e di peperoncini, ceste ricolme di frutta, grappoli di pomodori perine, piatti e lampade ricavate da vecchie damigiane. Sotto ci sono dei bellissimi corridoi/cantine molto lunghi e ben tenuti che si possono visitare. Il menu contiene piatti tipici della zona. Le porzioni sono molto abbondanti. La cucina era buona ma non entusiasmante, forse un po' pesante per i nostri gusti. Abbiamo preso dei ravioli di spinaci, cotolette di agnello impanate ( piuttosto dure ) e dessert,vino, caffè e acqua. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il servizio è stato rapido e gentile.

A primo impatto il locale lascia estasiati per i particolari che lo arredano. L’accoglienza è subito affettuosa e attenta alle necessità degli ospiti. Il menù, molto variegato, presenta piatti che accontentano ogni palato per qualità e quantità. Inoltre, vi consiglio di provare i dolci. Non ve ne pentirete! Il prezzo è adeguato alla qualità dei piatti. Giusto per intenderci in 2 abbiamo preso: 2 primi, 1 grigliata mista, 2 dolci, acqua e vino della casa per un totale di circa 100 euro.
